Am I the only one listening this in 2021? I am certain that this concerto and the one in Rock Am Ring 2006 are the best placebo’s concertos ever! There is nothing more epic! And I speak as a profesional musician with a DMA
J'avais un ami, notre rêve était de le voir en concert, mais ya eu covid et mon ami est mort...c'est lui qui me l'a fait découvrir...et ça fait mal mais c'est tellement bon

Great band live!! Placebo rocks...and Brian is always so professional and focus. He has so much discipline on everything that he does. Love this band so much.
I've been experiencing Placebo for the last twenty years and sill get blown away by the proffessionalism of all the members of what I consider to be one of the greatest bands in the world to this day, thank you Placebo from the bottom of my 70 year heart. Regards, Doug Hughes
I've been listenint to them since the last 3 months and I feel the same way as you, what a great band. I have never give them too much attention in the past but now is the right moment
@@butoh_murder Hi Butch,I am glad you liked them,as l said,l have been listening to Placebo since they come on the scene, they are better than a lot of the bands these days that just want to make a quick buck and disappear as quick as they arrived, well that’s all I have got to say. Regards, Doug, Williamstown, Australia PS. Rock On Bro
Wow what a treat! first time i see this gig! Amazing Brian with his mesmerizing voice.. I've seen them live twice in London, and was quite a different vibe each time. And far from this; I'd love to teleport back and see him here, this was something else... so intricately deep, just kinda tears you apart. Gently. So thoroughly good
the audience is lucky, this concert must have been awesome! i wish i had a time machine... thanks for uploading, at least i can see it through youtube!

Don’t worry he’s back with iamwarface, I heard from a really close source he’s joined the band ! Nothing public yet but it’s happening. I saw them playing live not long ago at Margate uk .
sometimes when I rewatch some old live footage or discover ones I didn’t watched during those days - 1 question seems to pop in my head noticeably more often than any other: who of three members of the band is actually responsible for driving “Every Me” to this almost unreasonable rush mostly on every occasion around 2001-2009 to the point where even the rhythm section seems to be messing up several times (like in drum fills between sections) during the song, chaotically varying tempo, etc. it’s like when I see it listed in the set I almost unconsciously ask myself “i wonder how awkward this take will be?” - and you know, the consistency of its ability to exceed my expectations of awkwardness through the years is beyond anything looool. this said, most of the times, everything else in the performance may be just top-notch in quality - like with this set. but just not this 1 damn song (which to be fair is one of the least demanding for all of 3 members in terms of every part - guitars, bass, drums - being fairly easy to get right even comparing to the most of the band’s catalog). what’s the point of ruining it every time they play it? this is the mystery I can’t just can’t get for 10+ years already at this point
I think the last shows he did with them were on that U.S tour with Linkin Park and M.C.R. Sorry, can't think of tha name of that tour right now! damn it !
Look at 13:20, end of Every Me and Every You. Brian walks off stage in a white striped shirt. Without You I'm Nothing starts and Brian is wearing a BLACK shirt. Are these different sets? When the Beginning notes of WYIN are heard, the band is not actually playing. What happened here? Wardrobe malfunction?

It's not the full set (you can find the setlist at setlistfm). So maybe the "mistake" of the shirt happened at the TV station while editing the show for its transmission.
LACROIX Sébastien No that was at the Coronet Theatre London March 2007! Notice how at the end of the gig how awkward they seem together on the Outro bow!😢
@@hollymoore5402 yeah obvious detachment between them, heard schultzberg was a little homophobic and Forrest wanted to follow other projects but still don't know was went wrong with Hewitt after 10 years working together
still stuck with this! but i don't understand why some songs are missing: setlist.fm says song to say goodbye was the 7th song, not the first! (Infra-red, Because I Want You, Meds, Drag, Soulmates, I Know all came before). and in fact we see that brian is already all sweaty when he sings stsg..

no wonder nowadays many complain about their live quality, with this stuff they set the bar freaking high

You mean you wish to have a time machine, because in 2007 he didn´t have the damn mustache yet? :-D
Li ho visti a Modena
Magistral el arreglo musical de twenty years es imposible no sentirse feliz, de sentirse alegre por estar vivo al estarla escuchando...
Thank you so much for the video

Eu duvido alguém encontrar um show ruim do Placebo. Setlists e performances sempre impecáveis.

More songs just weren't broadcasted.
if you look carefully, there are lots of videos longer than 1 hour.. check the rock am ring ones, for example (2006: 1h13', 2009: 1h25')
30.00 awesome!

Oh, i understand... Thank you by the way =)

Schade das Steve die Band verlassen hat, und schade dass Brian den Drogen und Alkohol verfallen ist/war .... eine wirklich unglaublich tolle Band
Das stimmt! Exactly my thoughts!
Anybody understood the meaning of 20 Years to Go?

youtube doesn't let you upload videos longer than an hour, so that's probably why.
i don't agree, imo they are different but always the fuckin awesome placebo
Why do they hate playing Pure Morning?
