RoD with your financial smarts you are way ahead of 95% of the US population. A little longer in the wealth building phase and you and your family will be set for life. Proud of you man!

This is exactly what I have been wanting to do. I made 6.7K last month and spent 6K. Just have to figure out taxes 😮. I love Charles Schwab 😮 However, I hear you on Fidelity. Flew to the states this year to open one. Fidelity folks treated me like garbage when I went in, that is why all my money is in CS.

First off great channel bro, my commute was long ass hell down to Salem nuclear power plant in Nj! Working on a food truck for a party , bought a call on Amd expiring Friday on my way down. Options lateral to my covered call ETFs and securities is the way for me right now

Very good episode with lots of food for thought! I like your mindset and it helps me, at 49, to also think to live for today. I have to learn to trade options your way, new to your discord and I’ll try to learn more during coming holidays

Retired 15 months ago at 55 1/2 years old thanks to the IRS rule of 55. No penalty. Transfering that money into a taxable brokerage account to live off distributions instead of just spend down my 401k account.

Thanks, ROD. I felt like you were reading my mind. My taxable account is essentially our savings account that makes thousands of dollars a month. I am all about Yieldmax and leveraged stocks. Gotta ride this upward wave while it's here.

Im working on having a mortgage payment account now. By June I’ll have enough to pay half of my mortgage. The money I don’t pay towards the mortgage will be invested in the same account until I can easily pay the entire mortgage payment. Next year will be more for home improvements.

Great goals. When I retired at 40. 3 years ago. I tackled the same thoughts. And I stopped contributing to those retirement accounts 10 years ago. And used my money my way. Good luck stay the course

I use fidelity for options, it’s definitely not the best but it’s fine once you get a hang of it. Especially since knowing they are better in many other areas.

You know Schwab checking account is free and you can instantly transfer money between brokerage and checking.
I love Schwab checking and it has bill pay and Zelle.
Plus now Schwab has given me .40 on each option contract.

I got a late start in life investing “50”. I regret that but it is what it is now and at 53 I’m able to save about 45k a year for retirement. 8k of that is in YMAX in a tax free Roth set to DRiP. Hoping that is my Ace in the hole! Was doing good buying bitcoin in 2017 but I swapped it for a promising shit coin and that dumbass move cost be 175,000$$

Why not peel the taxes off of the distributions and throw into a HY savings account? My thought is you keep you payday dollars and make some interest off of your tax money

Wouldn't it be funny if you just use your W2 job to withhold taxes for your dividends so you don't have to do math on your yieldmax etc 😂

Once they start taxing property you no longer own it. Don't pay and it won't be long to you anymore.
