Man so lucky. I wanted a husband for so long and I've been searching and searching for a man to love me. What I found was a homeless, divorced guy, who had a seven year old he didn't have custody of and had anger and drug issues and homelessness at 32 and he was 40! That was in 2016. ...Then at 39 I tought I'd give this guy who was my same age and who also lived with his parents, etc I thought we had a lot in common but yet he left me six months later! Ugh... so now I'm 40 and I don't know if I have the energy anymore to keep looking 😞 Men have disappointed me one way or another. The guys in between just wanted me for sex and not get to know me or want anything serious. You all are very lucky and young 😞. But at the same time. Maybe God's telling me it's not everything to be married? It's also hard work to be a wife and then later on a mother. Raising children is very expensive as my ex would put it... the cost of living is out of this world especially if you don't have a good paying job. The competition for jobs are through the roof, especially good paying ones! At least that's what I believe. I reached a point once, when I was dating that last ex, before I met him, that people in the Social Services building getting Welfare, they are smart and get babies and get pregnant and have families even though they can't afford it because they KNOW that being young is only one time. You can have money ANY day, but you can't always have babies and children! ...I don't know.. is that the right observation? Lol. Food Stamp families... I don't know. It's so hard and hurtful to put myself out there but I want to do it still. I really don't get how others have been able to land a guy and show him off to family and get the ring, etc! It's all I've thought of since I was young I think lol. I think that's on a lot of women's bucket list lol. Being a wife and mother and having a family.
Hold on to Gods promises, age is just a number. I manage a small group in my community for our mature members and one of our ladies was married this year at the wonderful age of 82 years old. With God all things are possible, keep believing!

I was at a cafe once and saw a guy reading his bible!!!! yes, with a highlighter and everything. Also the high end supermarkets right around 6-7pm, they come right after work. And if you can get to the gym super early, like 5-6am, is when a lot of serious men workout then they go to work afterwards. Also, take a random golf lesson or the grill section of any home depot, crawling with guys!!!
All taken noted. I’ve been in a lot of horrible relationships. A lot of abuse , lies, putting the man always first. I wasn’t in any godly relationships. I lost myself once after the first person I truly loved. I’ve had meaningless s*x with some men. I feel scared about my body count. It’s around 30 😢.. I feel ashamed of it. I really did have negative and evil spirits in me. But the last relationship I was in, thought me I never had to do any of that. But we’re not together anymore, because of physical abuse on his end and mistrust on my end. Him being selfish, he wasn’t a man of god. Don’t allow the enemy to condemn you, come to God with your sins and confess each one, repent for them and turn away. Jesus said “blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of God” (Matt 5:3) when you see your bad state and mourn over it, you have a heart that is truly repentant for your mistakes. Bring it to God and let Him wash you clean 1 John 1:8-9 NKJV If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. Remember we are renewed in Christ! We aren’t defined by our sin but by God and a true man of God will understand that without judging you. Yes you have a past but so do we all so don’t let the enemy keep bringing to remembrance things God has already forgiven and forgotten. I do think you need some time away from relationships and men in general so you can instead spend the time building your relationship with God. Reading your word, praying, worships, and asking God to prepare your and the man meant for you. Ask him for better discernment and to be able to hear his voice more so he will order your life according to his will. Focus on loving God more than anything else including the idea of a good partner and he will provide you with the person he has for you. Fr! It’s good to put yourself in place where God is able to work but right now I’m focused on becoming a Godly woman and loving God more than anything. I used to be so wrapped up finding a husband and love instead of appreciating the fact that I already have the best love in the world through jesus. Right now I am just working to become who God ordained me to be and when God brings me a husband he brings him. Either way I’m going to be ok because I have God and that’s all I truly need.

wow just like me and my best friend when we were single. Many thought it was over for us as we are both very accomplished. My dad was my sounding block. Got so much support from him. It helped both of us too. So we kept hope alive - we did a lot of intl travel, cafes, gym, and church. Not so much parks though, as my body attracts bug bites. Fortunately, our hubbies are amazing! In the video I gave places to go, but also the proper heart posture to have in this process and godly characteristics to be noticed. When I gave my testimony, I explained how it wasn’t like God said “go to this part of Florida”, I just applied everywhere asked God to close doors that weren’t for me and open the ones that were and that’s how I was offered opportunities only in Florida no where else I applied. So I went. By being submitted to God, prayerful, and literally asking God to lead me, I ended up where I was meant to be. But I didn’t know EXACTLY where I would find my husband, so I just trusted God that as I made effort His hand would move so I would be where I’m meant to be. Having faith & trusting God is #1 to not overly obsess about place. Psalm 90:17 NLT And may the Lord our God show us his approval and make our efforts successful. Yes, make our efforts successful! As you do what you can and have faith in God, He will make your efforts successful.

Can i ask you a little into this topic? I have often found that Many christian women are, what i personally find to be a little obsessed with getting a husband. Dont get me wrong here - love is important. But what i find unhealthy is when we as women mold our lifes around looking for a man - it is especially a trap for women when we who do not feel a super strong calling on our lifes - if you ever have sensed a strong calling on your life you know what i talk about; it is that deep deep sense of purpose what is often found when women are High achivers fx being an athlet, Musician, buisness owner - those those type of purposes where you really know that: this is gift from God and that it has to be stewarded and really worked upon in order to see The full fruit of it - but that is also so fullfilling and gives you the sense of: “wow i was made for this!” When women dont have that - often finding a husband becomes one if their main things to focus on. I am one of those super purpose driven women where god and my purpouse was everything. Yet i still want to find ahusbsnd - ans so when i have tried to be more in “position mode” - doing what you talk about in the video i have found over time that my life and purpose has been watered out bacause it took my eyes of what i was designed to do… So i honestly dont know how to balance it. Only going for my purpose is lonely - but i am also affraid of molding my life around always being open and wife material since god created me for so so much more. (And Please - if anybody in then commentas want to comment - don’t write without nuances and really understanding The message and The depth of it. I definitely think it’s important as Christians to be balanced. I have seen both extremes of being overly obsessed about a husband that your life revolves around it; and then the other extreme of being very career focused and unbothered regarding family. That’s why the key to staying in the middle is seeking first the kingdom of God. As we seek Him first He guides us in our purpose, and that includes doing great things with the gifts He gave us as well as the blessing of love and family. I know for me personally, I was in my career as a nurse and I felt so lonely. Now being married, life is so much fun! My husband came with himself, his lovely family, and a bunch of Christian friendships! Community has been the most heartwarming blessing, I didn’t find this kind of joy in the pursuit of greatness in my career field. Life isn’t fun when it isn’t shared with others I have found. And I feel so supported and helped in my calling. When I’m down I have prayer partners and encouragers. I also don’t feel the pressure of being a sole provider so now I actually have more time to invest in passions. Marriage is a gift and a blessing when it’s orchestrated by God, especially since it’s the closest thing here on earth to show Jesus and the Church. Godly friendships should also be sought! There are certainly many nuances to this as you stated😆 we are always safe putting God first and sitting at His feet as His dear child ❤️🤗

I struggle with dressing modestly. Clothes and fashion has always been hard tbh. I thought I was being vain so I stopped putting effort in my appearance. I do like lashes and it makes a difference for me but it’s costly to do those.
I also have had to slowly exchange my clothes to a more modest fashion while still maintaining style and femininity-which dresses for me have been an easy way. I agree lashes are wayyyy too expensive! Instead I got a good mascara and use it for when I want to up the look, but I definitely invest in great skincare products and also do micro-needling about twice a year. The Bible says our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit so hygiene, what we eat and consume (including TV, music) and even how we physically present ourselves does matter. As long as we stay balanced and don’t idolize looks we’ll be good 😊

wow just like me and my best friend when we were single. Many thought it was over for us as we are both very accomplished. My dad was my sounding block. Got so much support from him. It helped both of us too. So we kept hope alive - we did a lot of intl travel, cafes, gym, and church. Not so much parks though, as my body attracts bug bites. Fortunately, our hubbies are amazing! Keep your head up, he will come soon.

How are you dressing? I used to dress half naked everywhere especially at the gym. The FIRST DAY I wore baggy clothes to the gym completely covered up, I met my husband 😂😂😂

In the video I gave places to go, but also the proper heart posture to have in this process and godly characteristics to be noticed. When I gave my testimony, I explained how it wasn’t like God said “go to this part of Florida”, I just applied everywhere asked God to close doors that weren’t for me and open the ones that were and that’s how I was offered opportunities only in Florida no where else I applied. So I went. By being submitted to God, prayerful, and literally asking God to lead me, I ended up where I was meant to be. But I didn’t know EXACTLY where I would find my husband, so I just trusted God that as I made effort His hand would move so I would be where I’m meant to be. Having faith & trusting God is #1 to not overly obsess about place.
Psalm 90:17 NLT
And may the Lord our God show us his approval and make our efforts successful. Yes, make our efforts successful!
As you do what you can and have faith in God, He will make your efforts successful.

Can i ask you a little into this topic?
I have often found that Many christian women are, what i personally find to be a little obsessed with getting a husband. Dont get me wrong here - love is important. But what i find unhealthy is when we as women mold our lifes around looking for a man - it is especially a trap for women when we who do not feel a super strong calling on our lifes - if you ever have sensed a strong calling on your life you know what i talk about; it is that deep deep sense of purpose what is often found when women are High achivers fx being an athlet, Musician, buisness owner - those those type of purposes where you really know that: this is gift from God and that it has to be stewarded and really worked upon in order to see The full fruit of it - but that is also so fullfilling and gives you the sense of: “wow i was made for this!”
When women dont have that - often finding a husband becomes one if their main things to focus on. I am one of those super purpose driven women where god and my purpouse was everything. Yet i still want to find ahusbsnd - ans so when i have tried to be more in “position mode” - doing what you talk about in the video i have found over time that my life and purpose has been watered out bacause it took my eyes of what i was designed to do…
So i honestly dont know how to balance it. Only going for my purpose is lonely - but i am also affraid of molding my life around always being open and wife material since god created me for so so much more.

I definitely think it’s important as Christians to be balanced. I have seen both extremes of being overly obsessed about a husband that your life revolves around it; and then the other extreme of being very career focused and unbothered regarding family.
That’s why the key to staying in the middle is seeking first the kingdom of God. As we seek Him first He guides us in our purpose, and that includes doing great things with the gifts He gave us as well as the blessing of love and family. I know for me personally, I was in my career as a nurse and I felt so lonely. Now being married, life is so much fun! My husband came with himself, his lovely family, and a bunch of Christian friendships!
Community has been the most heartwarming blessing, I didn’t find this kind of joy in the pursuit of greatness in my career field. Life isn’t fun when it isn’t shared with others I have found. And I feel so supported and helped in my calling. When I’m down I have prayer partners and encouragers. I also don’t feel the pressure of being a sole provider so now I actually have more time to invest in passions.
Marriage is a gift and a blessing when it’s orchestrated by God, especially since it’s the closest thing here on earth to show Jesus and the Church. Godly friendships should also be sought! There are certainly many nuances to this as you stated😆 we are always safe putting God first and sitting at His feet as His dear child ❤️🤗

I struggle with dressing modestly. Clothes and fashion has always been hard tbh. I thought I was being vain so I stopped putting effort in my appearance. I do like lashes and it makes a difference for me but it’s costly to do those.
I also have had to slowly exchange my clothes to a more modest fashion while still maintaining style and femininity-which dresses for me have been an easy way. I agree lashes are wayyyy too expensive! Instead I got a good mascara and use it for when I want to up the look, but I definitely invest in great skincare products and also do micro-needling about twice a year. The Bible says our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit so hygiene, what we eat and consume (including TV, music) and even how we physically present ourselves does matter. As long as we stay balanced and don’t idolize looks we’ll be good 😊
