I have had 3 leg surgeries for spasticity and 3 brain surgeries for hydrocephalus

I had two ear surgeries on my ears and doctor pollack did put the tubes both of tubes in. First one I was scared and second surgery I was brave and the sleep medicine did put me to sleep.
I had surgery too on my back. my nuse was Nicole. she helped me feel better. I was in the hospital about 10 days
How long a patient stays in the hospital will depend on how the patient is coming along after surgery. I broke my left knee earlier this year (April 2015) the hospital stay after surgery was originally just going to be a few days and then get transferred to a rehab hospital for another few days to a week, but because my progress was not up to par with what the rehab hospital was wanting I ended up at that hospital for close to a week before getting transferred to a different hospital where I did rehab because I was needing a lot more time than what the rehab hospital provided (ended up in I think in a skilled nursing unit just so that I could really get the care and rehab I was really needing).
for me I had to wait two hours before going home because doctor had to check on me before going home
I was walking down stairs and I popped my knee so loud l screamed so loud that my dad rushed and my nanny pam came to me. I was shaking

Emmaleigh list you will be given general anesthetics prior to surgery so you won’t feel anything and will be sleeping throughout surgery. If you’re nervous, they can give you anti anxiety medication(s) to help take off the jitters prior to administering general anesthetics
