Either you add peanuts or pulses, raw haldi doesn't sounds good, you can lemon powder instead fresh lemon. But it's your style of making lemon rice, can't say more. Well, thanks for the video.

You forgot to put the whole red chilli and added it later, which would leave the chilli raw. Also you never add turmeric the way you added it directly to the rice. Turmeric needs to be cooked in the oil to remove its raw flavours
