Hot dang, the Night stance does a ton of damage! Unfortunate that it's unsafe, from what the comments tell me. Clever use of dual wielding while using R1s for single attacks!
Ya most of the AoW are luck as noted in the description. I found that you have a better chance of having him do the ‘dash-away-disengage’ if you stand DIRECTLY behind him(1:13), but he can always do the quick cross-sword slam, etc. Glad you enjoyed! ❤️
The sword I’m using, Sword of Night and Flame, has a unique Ash of War. You enter a stance similar to square off at which point R1/RB performs Comet Azur and R2/RT throws a wave of fire. That’s what is shown in this video 👍
Great fight. Nice dodging reflexes and counters. But I feel you didn’t get the Radaan most ppl got. Mine used gravity spells, and was in a move set non-stop for more than 20 seconds. Almost no room for a breather. This Radaan seemed a bit slow.
You may already know this, but Radahn was pretty heavily nerfed as of patch 1.14. If you fought him pre-nerf then this version is, indeed, much slower. 👍
If you mean the magic beam/flame swing: it’s the unique weapon skill of the ‘Sword of Night and Flame’ If you mean no-hitting Consort Radahn: a lot of practice 👍

The cross-slash was nerfed so it can be rolled from any location; the first and third swing are the same, but the second has been slowed down significantly. You can always roll the second swing unless you roll the first on the last possible frame. 👍

Ya pretty much only safe to use if he is staggered, but you give yourself the best chance by standing directly behind him 👍

I recommend crouching immediately while out of stamina to quickly recover some.
