Thanks Adam, actually it was my mistake, did a last minute change on the PCB and failed to click the white button. But, after I put it together I like it, although the white would have looked good as well. I did 3D print a case with white/translucent filament which does cover the Neopixels and now it has a nice glow all around the case when the Neopixels light up. It really looks great and I will of course make a video as well, and will use the gauge, can't have enough in a car, lol, in my car. Also figured a way to do the numbering for the speed and rpm, it will look great, have uploaded a picture to Instagram already. All my best to you and your family as well, stay safe.

I have been reading all the comments but I have two this I need to ask you. What is the make/model of the stepper motor you used in this project and where can you obtain them? Your email address is not in the about page of your channel
Yes it is, you have to click the button where it says :View email address". The stepper motor used is the "X27 168" which I mentioned in a earlier video. You're welcome!
Could this be retrofit to old speedos?
Technically yes, as long as it does fit or it can be used with an external enclosure that I am designing as well.
