My son has the 3.5 v 6 .goes very well, good on gas compared to the ford falcon fg xt 4.0. 10.5 for the v6 11.0 for the ford.Faster than the ford .But lacks the torque of falcon at low revs. The v6 makes up for it in more power and speed.
awesome review mate! this has been a big influence on my decision to by a 2006 450gt. any chance you could do a dash instructional, like you did for the crown? that too was a great tutorial and i watched that before going to look at a 4.3l crown, but it was too gutless haha.
How many do you see on the road? Lol that should answer it. Because only certain importers bring parts in, if something goes on it, its usually big money to fix.
@@B33ond That's a tough one..... obviously if you care about fuel economy the Crown hybrid is going to be better. Otherwise it is a bit if a personal preference thing. The Crown hybrid is by a wide margin the more popular import so you could say the market has spoken in that regard and it's the better car, that also means local parts availability might be slightly better for the Crown, though a Fuga shouldn't be too hard to own. Finding a good condition Fuga is getting a bit harder now as they have a few common problems we're starting to see over time such as ceiling trims sagging or cracks to the dashboard, so finding a good condition Crown hybrid would probably be easier. I like both, I'd personally go for the Fuga, but that's just because I like to be different :)
@@j-specimports9025 awesome response thank you! Big fan of your videos, would love to see more 👍 like yourself I too like to be different. Having driven a V36 I was impressed by its high rev range. Handling was quite good. Looking at the Fuga purely because of the V8 and if it uses the same transmission as the V36 then it’s already a winner in my eyes.
Having owned and driven both - not at all. I found my v6 punchy but not particularly fast. The V8 4.5 has plenty of power and can put you back in your seat when needed.
I do not agree to anything this is a Infiniti they put Nissan local on it infiniti trying to fool people they cannot do that that's bull crap I never seen a car like that until 2019 so that's a lie
It definitely has a muscle car part to it! Love my 08 infiniti M45 Sport! Best sport sedand i have ever owned!👍
Very informative, please keep posting these!

Thinking of getting the 250GT in NZ, anyone know how reliable these are, particularly the transmission?
Damn wish my Y50 had the Blind spot, PFMiorrors, Passenger Ottoman, and paddle shifters. why couldn't this have been standard on M's in US Spec?

2008 onwards 350gt's have the vq35hr with 232kw. Also there is a 370gt.
Those better than the 450gt Fuga ?
A little slower than 450 and a little less gas consumption. With good tyres on mine I hit 100 in 5.7sec .

Nissan is Infiniti, it's their luxury division aimed at America/the West.
It's like Lexus to Toyota.
Same one company
Dang that's a silly comment lol :p
Dummy boy 😂
Could you rephrase your comment? It makes no sense
