Amazing video very infitmative but I face a problem after giving nerve block and every thing is good. The next visit the patient tell me that he canot open his mouth for aday or two. How I can prevent that please?

If it was an extraction fben probably due to trauma and swelling.
If a long session of rct then probably due to excessivs strain on the tmj.
Worsr case scenario you hut the wrong place and nerve whule giving the block.

3 different qualified doctors(more than 10years in practice) including me failed to anaesthesize 38 with severe pain on different days each,what can be the reason behind this sir,on the other hand touching other teeth gingiva with periosteal elevator there was no pain at all,but pain was just there in 38 even if simply exploring its gingiva

May be due to periapical Infection
