PERFORM EXERCISES AT YOUR OWN PACE AND ABILITIES! TAKE YOUR TIME AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. WHENEVER YOU NEED - TAKE A BREAK OR CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT MOVE!
Your health is the most important thing and if you feel bad during the workout - stop. By performing a workout without supervision you are responsible for your own health and well-being.

The workouts I upload are usually low-impact and suitable for basically every age group and different fitness levels. It can help to:
maintain weight (with a balanced diet)
lose weight (with a balanced diet)
improve digestion
reduce bloating
improve mood
increase stamina
recover after trauma
keep your body and mind healthy
stay active on a busy or lazy day
stay active when you cannot take a walk outside
stay active when you are pregnant
and more!
However, it is important to mention that these workouts are not going to help you build muscle as we have no resistance training (weights).
Besides walking at home, I also do other types of workouts, such as pilates, hiking, dancing, some weight training, lots of walking outside, swimming, etc. - it really depends on my mood and every week is usually different. I just want to stay active and do whatever makes me feel good!

i was feeling lazy today so after my *unusually quick* dumbbell workout i decided to follow this one! It did not do 5k steps on my tracker but it was close to 3500, which is a massive win for me!
the music was fun and light, i really really like your filming background and this workout overall made me very energized and positive! i feel like my shins are going to be sore tomorrow :)

Hey, I’m happy you liked it! I haven’t checked it but I would guess around 300-400 calories :)
It was hard to go from running straight into stretching. I added walking before stretch so my heart rate could calm down.

Like your video but you have to be more consistant with Your counting. Some times you go one side 4 times and the other side 6 or 7 and that makes it a little confusing and hard to follow without getting lost. Other than that love the variaty.

Good video, but definitely not 5k steps, and the beat of the music doesn’t match the beat of the movements at all making it frustrating to try to keep up.

Hey, I reached a bit over 4500, though there was a comment saying it was 3500 steps. It depends on the pace as well as the fit band:)
Yes. Definitely not 5000 steps. My count is 4100
My mistake this time, I usually reach 5k in 30 mins! Anyways, hope you enjoyed it:)
You don't run or jog in a walking workout. Your movements are small, not full range of movement.
@@lisahoneycutt4194 thank you for the opinion! I enjoy including running into these workouts because then it is more sweaty :) re small movements - we are doing aerobics/cardio/dancing meaning there is no specific technique✌🏻
First workout with you and to be totally honest, I did not enjoy it at all. Would actually help if you knew what the next workout would be before it actually started, then counting etc to get the actual movements right. The workout seemed to be a mashup of movements and not a well thought out workout.
My newest videos have a preview of the next move and regarding the moves - this is the style of walking workouts:) Maybe it’s just not for you and it’s okay
