I filmed this ride in about 20 minutes between heavy rain showers. But there was quite a few people riding while I wasn't filming. It seems to come down to the traffic light timing. If there's many cyclists waiting with you at the red light, then there will be many along the way. But if you're alone at the red light, then you will be alone along the way.

Thanks for posting the good quality footage. Surprised at how few cyclists are on the road. You should check it out on a sunny day at peak to compare.

I will put William St on my list. Since the lanes aren't yet extended all the way, I might hold off for a bit.
