  • Excavating two privies at the former home of famous steamboat Captain Grant Marsh, in Yankton South Dakota.
    Marsh if best known for accompanying Lt. Col. George Armstrong Custer (A.K.A. General Custer) and the 7th Cavalry of the U.S. Army up the Missouri and then the Yellowstone River to what would later be called "The Battle of Little Big Horn" or "Custer's Last Stand."
    He would later carry the survivors from the battle back to Bismarck to receive medical attention.
