For anyone who is having this problem and still doesn’t solve after following the instructions then try turning off vpn extensions and uninstalling vpn from pc ❤
appreciated your point of view! but still there option might be i've shared in tutorial:
Open IDM > Download > Options > proxy/socks > select (No proxy/socks)
if you guys are using proxies or windows 10 build in vpn option which is also related to the proxies. then first try "NO PROXIES/SOCKS" if this option didnt work then go with 2nd option "use system settings"
@@WindowsFixerPC yup!first i was getting this problem which you have shown then i focus on the writing in front of 1 ( which appear beforebthe error for a split seconds which says in my case “httpsfire donot found or something i forgot” then i erase it from the address that problem was solved after it another problem pops out which in it they mention it may be cause by vpn then delete vpn and turn off all vpn extensions and restart my pc and renew the address and problem was solved

Your web browser seems to be running as an administrator account with elevated privileges. IDM has no sufficient access rights to show Download Panel inside its window (error code 5).
If you run the browser using "run as administrator" menu item, please close it and run again normally.
May be you have "run this program as an administrator" box checked on the Windows file properties dialog of the browser's executable file or the shortcut. If this is the case ,please uncheck it. Also you need to remove the compatibility mode with previous version of the windows if there is one enabled.
Please restart the browser after making these changes.

HERE: Right click on your web browser go into the properties > uncheck the option "run as administrator" apply and save.
if this didnt work for u, then go browser website and download it again, but make sure uninstall the older version first,
click on the windows icon > control panel > uninstall programs > find ur browser right click and uninstall it.

My IDM is still not working
bro the thing is whenever I try to download any video from the TH-cam it just says the error called "http/1.1 403 forbidden", also it says that I dont have the permission to download the video the, idm is troubling me since yesterday and other tutorials on YT are not much of a help, so if you know any fix about it so please reply!
uninstall the idm using any thirdparty tool like IO-bit uninstall
re-download first frm official website and than install it hopefully it will solve the issue.

clean these folder by using these cmds/.
I have recently updated "dwnl data" from c drive to d drive.
I don't know how to fix it.

Maybe those files are secured on the website and not allowing you to download them. Make sure to log in to the website, as some websites only allow users who are logged in to download files.

did you update ur idm ? before updating make sure uninstall the idm using thirdparty tools like IO Bit uninstaller
try and speak in 1 language or do 2 vids, one for each or it sounds like jibberish.

2- delete the older idm with its roots.and for that u can watch this video.

make sure update the IDM , most of the time people use cracked version, the wbesites provide older make sure it's the latest one.

in that situtation the file u're downloading is protected from website. no solution for that, only the website owner can allow u , might be its paid so buy it, or might be its required to login the acc first then download throw browser

brother my idm, utorrent and anyother downloading software like idm doesnt work . for utorrent it shows connnecting to peers error and for other softwares like idm it just get stuck at 0%.. any ideas?
maybe u're using any thirdparty antivirus like avast, mcfee etc , so make sure temporary disable them. or any antimalware
