In flight, if aerosols exceeds total net weight 2 litres or 2 kg, are not allowed in checked bags, but they normally asks us whether there is aerosols or not in our main checking luggage.

My hair spray was more than 2 litres so the international flight said to me, “You cannot pack more than a total of 2 kg or 2 litres of aerosols in your checked baggage.” So I took it and gave it to my husband who was not travelling with me.
