Patient's often sleep on pillows that are not fitted or suitable for themselves. It is important that whenever you purchase a new pillow, that it is measured for your neck and head. A similar occurrence would be when you purchase shoes, they need to be measured to fit your feet. Our patients often purchase a pillow of the shelf, without realising whether or not it is suitable for them. As a consequence, they may sleep on a pillow that is terrible for themselves which can cause them to wake up every morning with a severe headache or migraine.

I am 35 years old I suffer from chronic headaches and migraines I've been getting them since I was 10 years old I used to think that sometimes it was my pillow cuz I wake up in the middle of the night my neck would hurt and I would feel like it's cruciating pain in my head it makes me throw up I get dizzy I pass out I go to the Indiana Polyclinic for nerve blocks I've had every medication out there for migraines whether it's pills injections or IV infusions now I'm looking for a pillow because I've got to try something there has to be some kind of relief out there is there any pill out there that would fit a full-size bed and it's great for neck support and also a cooling pillow because the doctors tell me that I need to do it ice massage if you know what that is and they say that they think that's tension headaches but they don't know for sure but they think a lot of my pain is in my neck and it's causing my migraines and headaches so if you can get back to me ASAP that would be great thank you so much

Your videos are quite relatable. I have not been sure at times if my pillow is throwing my neck off giving me a migraine vs. hormone fluctuation and migraine of which still feels like my neck is off.
