I guess, I have bad luck. My S22 Ultra battery draining 😪 quicker than suppose to. I running my display on standard 60Hz, in 20 minutes on my Gmail with little time less than 3 minutes TH-cam, I lose 13% to 15% of my battery.
I always thought writing on the calendar was something I'd never need, but it came is REALLY handy the other day. I had to figure out which week over the summer that I should take a vacation. There are many days and weeks in the summer where I cannot be off of work. So with the pen I was able to mark up all the days that are a NO. Then it was really clear what block of days I could ask off of work.

You can actually change it with a GooLock module called Pentastic. You can do so much more with other modules, google GoodLock or NiceLock or FineLock if GoodLock is unavailable to you because it is region locked... Btw, NHF but these videos are stating the obvious like ppl today are so tarded they don't know how to use search in their own phones. All it takes is a bit exploring through the options, no knowledge needed.
Sak - you don't need to use SHAPE CORRECTION. Just hold the pen on screen when you complete your shape. Just learned this after 11 years of S-pen use... brilliant!

Great video But something you missed In tip number 4 With the s-pen you don't have to activate the option first, you can also create the shape and at the end keep the s-pen on the screen an it transform to a perfect shape

When I was younger I read books about UFO abductees who said that when they were taken on board what they presumed to be alien craft at that time, they saw beings which used pens exactly like this (I am not trying to spam the video and am not an ancient astronaut theorist). I have not extracted mine again yet but will do so and will set up the PIN and later find ways to use it to draw, etc. I´m in Iceland and my comments on these amazing pens are very clumsy.

I have just got rid of my iPhone 14 pro and now have the Samsung s22 ultra, as I really wanted the burgundy colour, and OMG I am in love, this phone is insane! (And it’s not even their current newest phone out) you can do so much on it, I wish I switched sooner, I have been an iPhone user for years but wow this phone pulled me over and I am staying!

I have had a note 10 for 3 years and had no idea I could use the Sopen in this way. Thanks so much! I hate using the keyboardand often defer writing longreplies to messenger or email until I get to my computer.Now I will he much faster to respond.
The S-Pen disappeared from my phone. I don't like that the S-Pen inserts into the bottom of the phone, if you don't get it perfectly clicked in, out it goes and you'll never know it fell out. It's tiny, black, and thin. Good luck finding it if you're outside. I would love it if the phone had a reminder to re-insert S-pen, or a momentary notice "S-pen is out". Now it's a $39.00 replacement. Not happy with that design aspect.

I totally love the new features. One day, I was able to make a big fat cross in my calendar and it reminded me what I had to do. And the other, my phone was locked, so I peeled out the plastic pen from the compartment that would otherwise be used for a bigger battery, and I clicked on it to unlock the phone. It was fantastic.

I have a tip. When I am using my s-pen (especially in low light) it is hard to see the button, or which side it is on. I took a silver sharpie marked the button, and put some dashes on the button side along the pen.
FYI At 7:20 The Note ⁹ has this feature without selecting the tool bar try it. If you have a note⁹ like I do, open your Samsung notes select any color with your S.Pen make a "straight" line but hold it on screen for extra few seconds and it will automatically convert to a straight line, Draw a circle and hold it without retracting your S.pen on screen and it will automatically make a perfect circle.
Amazing video. My note 20 ultra has exactly same features. Only collapsing the popup air command menu I needed a good lock app called Pentastic, the app has other Options for Spen enhancements.
I went from the note 20 ultra to the s22 ultra, and other than what you mentioned, there's only one other physical difference that I've noticed (other than performance wise such as latency) but the note don't have the feature to write in the text feild....I'd honestly prefer not to have it on in my opinion lol, anyone know how to turn it off?
I have never understood this fascination with using a pen or stylus on a phone. Why not simply type of the keyboard? A larger tablet might be ok for drawing but a phone is too tiny.

it's meant for situations where you take notes and the phone is laying innactive on the table just like any notepad. For example in the school where it would slow you down to unlock the phone normally each time you want to note something. Once the spen is reattached to the phone, it requires you to type in PIN or use the fingerprint as soon as you use it to unlock the phone again
On some of the first tips you have to be using the Samsung keyboard for the pen writing to work I have swift key and it doesn't work till I switch keyboards

The 2nd tips about using the S Pen instead of keyboard works only with Samsung Keyboard, I'm using Microsoft Keyboard and this doesn't work. Also you need to go into S Pen settings and turn on S Pen to text option.
Something you forgot to mention when using the spen to unlock your phone. You need to have air command turned on first before you can turn on spen unlock
I have been using my S22 Ultra for a few weeks now taking pictures and just noted that the telephoto shots on the 3x and 10 x are always 3000 * 4000 pixel images when the sensor is 10MP. Can anyone explain why the 10MP 3x and 10 MP 10x produce images that are 12MP - is there some form of upscaling taking place as I have not seen any articles covering this? This does not change in jpeg or Expert Pro RAW and even external editors such as Photoshop confirm the EXIF data as 3000 * 4000 image files
The amount of Megapixels doesn't really say anything about size offthe photo.It tells you how many pixels the image contains. But the size and amount of MP together will tell you something about the amount of pixels pr. square inch (DPI). Which is a good indicator of the digital image quality. MP/ size = DPI. The higher DPI, the better quality of your prints. But it also means you can blow up the photo more, before losing too much quality and end up with a sad, grainy result.
Now I want a mind-link controller for a portable computer with a projected mental display ... needs to be able to link to a cloud farm of super-computers and my beastly desktop PC, so I can have those insane levels of processing power, data and AI assistance available natively, in my mind. Tired of screens and fiddling with buttons, wheels and mice with my hands and fingers ... I just want to think with computing power available ... want to be able to just think code and compile it into apps or imagine data and AI models and create them. I'd be a god! 😆
Unlocking your Galaxy S22 with the S pen sounds like a cool idea. But, I can see potential security problems as well. it means, if your phone is ever stolen or lost, that any crook can pull out the S pen and be easily able to unlock your phone. I am not sure if Samsung thought this feature quite through?
It resets every time you put the S pen back in the phone. So you take it out, try to unlock and it will ask for your password/fingerprint the first time, but as long as the S pen is out then it won't ask again. As soon as you put it back in the process resets so someone stealing your phone won't be able to get in that way.
My phone has been delayed for another month. Im really starting to think if this phone is even worth it. 🤔 after all, theyre giving me a hell of a time to think......
Don't use the S pen unlock feature. The S Pen unlock feature defeats the security purpose of locking a phone. Someone can take your phone, pull out the S pen and unlock your phone.

It seemed like a questionable security risk, but I suspected it wouldn't work that way because Android is super security focused (often to the frustration of developers like me, lol) ... so I figured it only applied to the times the phone locked while you had the S Pen out, using it, and someone else couldn't just remove it and unlock. Thanks for confirming that, because there's no way I'd allow that if it worked the way people feared 😂

If you put the S Pen inside, it locks just like normal and only the code, fingerprint, whatever you've chosen will unlock it. If someone stole the phone, removed the S Pen and pressed the button they would just be confronted with the lock screen and can't get past it.

The S22 Ultra S-pen has a much lower latency of 2 ms compared to 9 ms for that of the Note 20 Ultra.

Unlocking your Galaxy S22 with the S pen sounds like a cool idea. But, I can see potential security problems as well. it means, if your phone is ever stolen or lost, that any crook can pull out the S pen and be easily able to unlock your phone. I am not sure if Samsung thought this feature quite through?
It resets every time you put the S pen back in the phone. So you take it out, try to unlock and it will ask for your password/fingerprint the first time, but as long as the S pen is out then it won't ask again. As soon as you put it back in the process resets so someone stealing your phone won't be able to get in that way.
My phone has been delayed for another month. Im really starting to think if this phone is even worth it. 🤔 after all, theyre giving me a hell of a time to think......

Don't use the S pen unlock feature.
The S Pen unlock feature defeats the security purpose of locking a phone. Someone can take your phone, pull out the S pen and unlock your phone.
Doesnt work like that, once you put it back in you need to put the pin.
@@marcelrodriguez2067 thanks for clarifying, I was wondering the same thing. It seemed like a questionable security risk, but I suspected it wouldn't work that way because Android is super security focused (often to the frustration of developers like me, lol) ... so I figured it only applied to the times the phone locked while you had the S Pen out, using it, and someone else couldn't just remove it and unlock. Thanks for confirming that, because there's no way I'd allow that if it worked the way people feared 😂

@@aquickfoo4256 it'll only unlock the phone if it locks on you while you had the S Pen out. If you put the S Pen inside, it locks just like normal and only the code, fingerprint, whatever you've chosen will unlock it. If someone stole the phone, removed the S Pen and pressed the button they would just be confronted with the lock screen and can't get past it.
