Love to see you working hard while being optimistic and positive there 😊 I am also the oldest in my family and tend to not caring about money spending when I first landed a job. It went down when my parents got major financial issues even when they had stable jobs so I became the main financial source since I earned the most in my family. I had finally learned all about finance and budgeting for us to make the ends meet. I can smile contently now. I have it proven too, that 'hard work will be paid off someday'. Wish you all the best, fellow family fighter!! 😊😊
I enjoyed this from start to finish. It’s my first time to see the 500¥ coin book! That was so nice! 👍 Budgeting in Japan is quite hard and the deductions are real. It’s amazing how you budget your groceries😊 I really enjoyed this simple yet sincere vlog. I also watched your house tour!
Thank you so much for this ☺️ I’m planning to work in Japan after I graduate. This really helps since I know there’s a lot of things to pay kahit medyo mataas yung sahod wala pa ring natitira 🤣
This video deserves more views! I just started living in Japan, and now is my first time living by myself. I need to do budgeting etc. Learn a lot from your video 🙂
i actually learned a lot from this video, not goanna lie XD. i also have that problem of just buying buying, not saving. And i want to thank you for that saving method you are using, it's a really great idea and easy to apply. hhhhhhhhhh idk how to thank you enough, you literally opened my mind
I can’t believe there’s only 42 comments!! 😱 I just found this video, learned budgeting, a personal life lesson, great music, great camera work & quality, felt relaxed…. It’s 3am but I’m going to try and binge the rest of your videos ^^
I am soon going to move to Japan and was bit concerned about managing my expenses. But watching this video gave me some confidence. Thank you soo much☺️❤️
Hi new here and I really commend you for how you do your finances. I do the same, put the money away, pay my bills, buy food then do everything else. I am about to check out another of your videos.
New follower here! Haven't checked all yur vids but probably i will, do you already have vlog about your work.or how do you start? Mind if i ask? Amazing! I'm planning to study in Japan this october 😍🤞🇯🇵
I tried to convert yen to usd. I also tried to buy a 500 yen savings book on Amazon Japan, but $1200 usd was too much for a lark. I'll stick to a piggy bank. I am retired and have always had a budget! I can't recall never having a budget. I'd like to move back to Japan, for at least one year. But I require a service dog and a wheelchair and not many rental apartments would allow either. I'm blessed that my income per month converts to 580,000 yen per month.
I think you switched Gross and Net Pay. Gross could be all income before deductions, net pay should be after deductions (your take home pay). I see some videos/articles mention that Japanese salaried workers usually get a big bonus equivalent to 1-3 month's pay, is that common? Thanks.
You're right! My bad. I'll try to edit it :) thanks. And yes, but only for seishains(permanent/full time employees), I guess. Not really sure 'coz I'm not a seishain..
Thank you for the informing video. I wonder about 1 thing though. Isn't net and gross the other way around? Gross is your income before tax and net is after decutions? I just noticed, hope it's not rude.
Hello, I am here in japan. ☺️ Your video's are inspiring. Btw,. Where did you buy your Money envelope and box? hehe I want to be organize to my finances also. Thank you
Hi its really good video, But, is this still relevant to now ? or no ? What about living cost in Nagoya ? is it enough with 250.000 JPY without rent or its still enough if included rent too ? I really confused right now, and couldn't find any good source that still relevant to now days. thank you in advance and hopefully you notice me and could answer me.
Wow. That's so shocking to me. We are going to move to Japan in January and we have been visiting for many years. But every day I discover so many new things that are different about Japan. It's a bit fun and interesting, but also a bit scary, because new things pop up every day. My wife asked for boba today, and they didn't know what she was talking about. Turns out in Japan they call it Tapioca. Very funny. I REALLY LOVE YOUR VIDEOS. Great job.
Also, recently I was in a Japanese bathroom and instead of pressing the flush toilet button, I hit the emergency call button. How embarrassing. A man's voice came over the loudspeaker in Japanese. I just told him in English that it was an accident and he seemed to understand.
@@justyna_ I wish I was 😭 btw I LOVE your videos, they're so motivating! They really help me relax very well 💕 Thank you for replying and keep up the good work!
I saw that you had a Kirkland product (Himalayan pink salt) in your house in another video (th-cam.com/video/GToklzw0eJQ/w-d-xo.html). Kirkland is a Costco brand and a paid membership is needed to shop there. Is it worth it given that you spend only 20,000 JPY on groceries?
so pwede po kahit bs bio pero hindi teacher ang kinuha? pwede po mag turo ng english jan? basta po ba may diploma? anyway, ate thank you po sa pag sagot lagi po ako nakaabang sa vids niyo. you keep me inspired po. love you and take care po. I will always support you
How old are you if you don't mind me asking? Because I'm 17 and graduating this year but want to move to Japan but I'm not really sure if I should I'm half japanese so it won't be too much of a struggle compared to some others but I'm still a bit worried about if I can find a good job and live by myself
new subscriber here! just wanted to know if there's a way to send a personal message or DM because I have a few questions I might not be able to post publicly. thank you for this informative video!

Remittance expense mean?
For family support?
Yes :)
Is it normal in Japan to only get paid once a month? In the US I get paid every two weeks.
Yes, we usually get paid once a month. 😊

Hi! I'm not a member of costco. The himalayan salt was given to me by my mom 😅
pwede pp bang magturo jan kahit hindi naman po teacher ang kinuhang course. im a biology student po eh huhu
