A fun vlog… your hair scene and honesty about going for a run at 2:30 is refreshing! I like how you mix up your content a lot with chipmunk voices, screen filters, speeding up, etc., …haven’t noticed you using slow-mo yet:)
😂😂thank you! I’d say step 1-move to Poland. Step 2-find a polish speaking roommate. That’s the best thing you can do, no matter what level 🤣 Maybe not possible for anyone, but working in a polish speaking environment was really helpful for me. Of course my history with learning polish is life long…but those three things have really elevated my polish in the past year and would help anyone I’m sure :) If you’re not in Poland/don’t have contacts or money for lessons, then consume any polish media, film, music, news etc
@@PlexiGlasss Thanks Great advice. I have family in Poland but find the language difficult staying in Scotland. Your videos have given me some good inspiration so thanks for that. I’m still trying 😊
@@jancree1950 yeah it’s definitely hard. All the rules and grammar is really difficult. When I felt only casually conversational, just a call to family was good. And lots of LISTEning lol. Just let them talk a lot but I made me more comfortable and kept vocab in my mind. TH-cam is fun to watch though. And it’s bite size :) it’s nice that there’s so much more available on here in Polish now!
I'm Polish, about your grandmother's age. I've was born in Poland and lived in Poland until about your age and then emigrated to the US. I live in the Washington, DC area. I'm planning to retire in Poland in 4 years. Are your classes in Polish or English? Just curious. What are you studying? Keep going with your vlogging. Na razie.
Oh wow! I have a lot of family in the DC area as well 😊 seems like a good retirement plan... I dalej mowisz po polsku?? 🤭 classes are in English. Peers are 60/70% polish natives. I’m in a graduate program for business management. Thanks for your comment!
@@PlexiGlasss I'm fluent in Polish. When I go to Poland to visit family it's obvious that I'm a native speaker but don't live there. I need two or three weeks to catch up but by then it's time to go back to my dayjob in the US. I'm an older guy, 62, I have two daughters that were born here in the US. They are a decade or a bit more older than you are. Please keep doing what you are doing here and thank you for it.
hey Gregory, I have a friend of your age called Jarek who moved to US when he was a teenager served in the US army and worked as a sheriff in los angeles for almost 30 years, amazing man. He moved back to his home country of poland as part of his retirement plan I guess and is enjoying his life at the fullest. I think he lives in Annapolis, Maryland area. I highly recommend moving back to poland from what he says.
@@chandhand6539 Anapolis is about 50 km from where I live. It's a capitol of my state Maryland and has the best naval academy in the country. Beautiful little city. Old for the USA too. I hope to be permanently in Poland in a year or so.
Great stuff. Props for the music volume. We get to hear you this time around. I might make a sign "We want more Plexi" or "More Plexi in Polish!" and organize protest around your neighborhood or something :D Yup. One day you will recite a national epic as fluently as I would, just you see. Where are my manners. Congrats on getting a job! I see a new vid from you popping up and I forget how to be a cultured individual. I should hang my head in shame. In my defense you're cute even when you turn red as October Revolution :D from all the running. I must have gotten overwhelmed by a sudden wave of cuteness. Your fault, as usual :) Trzymaj się ciepło i powodzenia na trzepaku!:) EDIT: The White Crowned Eagle fits you well.
Thank you! Definitely kept your feedback in mind!..haha, no protesting, please XD - I will work on my consistency. Do you often compare shades of red to the october revolution?? And thank you on the job congrats and well wishes. my "eagle" shirt is a favorite. i na szczescie mamy trepaki wsiedze po warszawie!! (no excuses:D). Hope you are well! Pozdrawiam,
@@PlexiGlasss No Plexi signs? BOO! I'll have to settle for making fun of your next trzepak fail video. You're gonna make one, right?:) Somehow seeing you in that shirt tickles my patriotic side in a good way. I will not be standing at attention in front of you tho ^^. As for that phrase it's just a corny thing people say (at least around my parts) when someone or something is very red or to underline the redness. Just an old cringe joke. Since for you it's not old I threw it out there. I'll see myself out. I'm fine, thx (genuinely, not just the American small talk way). I see your writing has gotten better, good. On another note. Did you make the channel banner yourself? PS. Nie zleć z tego trzepaka kręcąc film, żeby następny vlog nie był zatytułowany "Szpital w Polsce". Cześć.
3:40 uhm, i havent worn one mask since i was vaxxed in may, and i was reprimanded only once by an old lady clearly paranoid. nobody cares, most people wear it as force of habit or tv told them to. 4:30 wait, video is uploaded in june, but scenery is clearly like march so nevermind xD also good to run, but other training its better to have a trainer watching over, as beginners forget how much they did, do too much, end up with muscles overworked, need week or more to rest, then dont come back to it
