The camera has a mind of it own. Touchscreen always changes settings without me knowing it. Even often stands at format display. One wrong touch and I loose all my filmed video. One button + touchscreen isn't good. For those important settings you should have to click a real button. Well. Nothing is perfect...

Hi. Yes still using the SJ11. I like it but hate that it can format the sd with touch only while in your pockets. Otherwise it's better priced and better than my older camera's. I now know to backup my images every day. The Netherlands is incredibly expensive. Certainly to camp. In France it is about 1/3 to 1/2 the price for a campsite, and also food and drinks are way cheaper there. Belgium is in the middle. I already have plans to visit Luxembourg next. Maybe next month if I can find enough finances for it. There prices for cigarettes and alcohol are a lot lower than Belgium/Netherlands. I pay 22.50 euro for a pack tobacco, in Luxembourg it's about 6 euro. So I can easily save the money I spend on the trip. Greetings from Belgium.
I would love to, but not sure if the roads permit it. I've been to England and the roads were so narrow there was no room for me and cars. Not sure how bike infrastructure is there.
When you walked in the area with the Windmill in Amsterdam you passed the restaurant "Spirit", perhaps next time you can get some food there (it's a buffet, you pay per weight of the food) instead of crappy KFC food ;-)
Thanks for the tip. I'll try to remember for next time I'm in Amsterdam. For once those fast food crappy meals were ok. But wouldn't eat it every day. We do have a McDo 10 km from my house, but I rarely go there. The Belgian fast food is a lot better tasting.
Even here in the US, Domino's and KFC aren't anything special. There's a convenience store down the street from me that has much better fried chicken, and proper New York style pizza puts Domino's to shame. Still, that's a gorgeous city.
Only one I haven't tried yet from the American fastfood is Burger King. I'll do that when I return in Rotterdam. I've got a better pizaria 50meters from my house than dominos. But it's even more expensive. So I make my own deep pan pizza.

That's true, but Amsterdam is pretty nice, just not everywhere. And it also lost the charme it had 20 years ago. It's just a tourist city now.
