I bought a newyorker fat tire 3yrs ago. Daymak makes great products! My older brother would love one of these buggies, especially in bad weather 👍

I absolutely love this machine! That being said, on to the problem.
So, now pedestrians are supposed to move for a machine that doesn't belong on a sidewalk??? Every Province has rules and regulations that are very similar, and cars, bicycles, eScooters/e-bikes, all otherwise known as "VEHICLES", belong on the road. Not on sidewalks! Period! You might consider re-doing this video to fit reality in most Canadian areas. I know I won't be moving one inch for this machine on a sidewalk. I'll be calling the police, for sure.

Well most people would probably pull over for you. Just like when I'm on the bike/walk path on my ebike. I pull over or stop for people to go by. Cheers 😉

I had the same thought, David, however, it is just a mobility scooter with a cab built around it. And mobility scooters are allowed on sidewalks... However, anyone using a MS right now usually has a need to use one. *IF* these things caught on for general use by anybody (and I'm really not seeing that), THEN there could certainly be issues with people not wanting to move out of the way if one of these things comes at them.

@@AnthonyFishervlogs That's a courteous thing to do that I hope most would do, BUT if the person is walking in the same direction as you then THEY have to move out of the way... and some might be so willing.

Yeah... too many regulations in Canada. I've seen these things run on the streets in the USA, no problem. Also elsewhere in the world - India, China. Canada;s regulators need to get with it, but good luck with that. It's a granny state. Rise up, Canada!

Is there a distributer in Victoria, BC for these? I've begun my search for for an enclosed scooter. because my driving license will be taken away due to developing blindness in my left eye. I must get prepared to have such a device.

Here is a tip. If your going to, make a promotional video include the things everyone wants to know with the bells and whistles.
What's the top speed, range, charge time, price? Is there a base model as well as fully loaded? You don't really show the interior, steering or seating.

@@DaymakEbikes that's only 3 times the cost of my Daymak newyorker. Only twice the price of a 3 wheeled mobility scooter. Sounds like a bargain!
