My father and I dug out a lot of that trench! When I found it, it was already begun by someone else, about a third the size. We followed the tench up the hill as it started to peter out. Got some great titanite feldspar combos pieces out of it. Often the best thing you can do at Titianite Hill is just continue digging someone else’s hole!
Very true, it's always a good place to start. My latest Apatite score was just beside a small area that someone else opened up at the very top of the hill (future video to come), lots of gemmy green Apatite.
You have some nice finds worthy of a beginner collector. Unbroken pieces are better and more valuable. Check mineral dealers sites to see what they are selling for that mineral. To gauge your finds possible value.
loving the crossovers with me miner its awesome seeing ontario mineral collectors creating awesome content
Thanks. More trips coming soon.
Honestly, you found the most aesthetically pleasing Titanite of the trip Jeff! Some lovely clusters too. Awesome! 👍😎
It was a good trip for finds for everyone.
This video was so much fun. To be honest, we had too much fun. Great time at "the hill".
Looking forward to the next trip.
