Best starters? O line. But best overall unit is RBs. You could plug any of them into the offense and it would still run smoothly. Can’t say the same about the O line, the difference between Decker and Skipper is like night and day. Side note: Ben Johnson had Sione Vaki lined up outside for one play vs. the Colts. Something to keep an eye on, i almost guarantee it’ll show up again.
Everyone on the Lions defense is just doing their job. Nothing more nothing less and they are playing together as a unit at an elite level as on late from the D line to the lbs to the secondary. It was obvious how good Arnold has been this year after seeing the Colts target Vildor all game and having more wide open deep wrs this game than we’ve allowed all season.
Hutch will be back if the Lions are in the SB, and so long as there isn't any more serious injuries, that'll be a easy win for the Lions. For example, Lions with Hutch and Big Z against the Chiefs? Chiefs won't have a snowballs chance in hell.
Smith isn’t great without Alim also being dominate in the run and pass, reader and levi being dominant in the run and getting to the qb once a game and paschal has really been playing awesome as well. Great unit.
Smith and Hutch with the rest of this D line and defense next year is going to be nasty. Also I bet we resign Davenport to a cheap 1 year deal and he become a huge depth/rotational piece for us.
@ he hasn’t been able to stay healthy for 4 years in a row now. No one is going to offer him anything more than a super cheap 1 year deal. 2 years ago the Vikings signed Davenport to a 1yr deal worth up to 13mil with 10mil guarenteed. He played two games for them. The following year he signed with the Lions for a 1yr deal worth up to 6.5mil with 3mil guarenteed and played only 2 games for us. That’s cheap already but it will be a cheaper 1yr deal next year and stay that way until He can prove he can stay healthy for a full season and he will stay with the Lions. My guess is the Lions will resign him to a 1yr deal for 2mil guarenteed and up to 5mil with incentives.
Which position group on the Lions do you think is now the strongest?
The o line duh lol
Long snapper. Hogan Hatten is a beast.
O Line and it’s not close.

Za'Darius Smith with Hutch will be deadly!
88.8 grade for Smith in this game!
Hutch Smith McNeil Reader Paschal oh lawd
Along with Alim and DJ Reader, what front 4 is better? I know they’d get my vote for best D line.
@@dragondrew2000
Paschal would not be starting.
Z was a great pickup
There might’ve been no sacks but Z Alim and Reader wreaked absolute havoc all game
11 pressures between the three of them!

Whenever Hutch returns we will have the best front line in the league. I just love him.

Lions O Line is their strongest unit, but the D Line, Secondary, and RB group are very close behind.
Imagine him with Hutch. Omg
Za’Darius Smith = Rasheed Wallace
Sure hope so, been watching the LIONS for 60 years.
Hutch - Smith - Davenport - Pascal, Onz - would be great for next season edge rushers.
W Lions!

Would you allow your employer to sign you for the cheap? So why would Davenport do it???

Hardly a trade, it was a robbery
For GOD's sake he has only played 1 game!
2 games. 10 year career, all pro 3-4? times approaching 70 career sacks, and they were on Richardson Sunday, and hopefully he'll be better Thursday.
