      So depending on the area one need to know how to act and configure oneself

      @@anuragbanerjee2879 both situations are not same. U can't equate them in same category.
      For example a women have right and her choice to go out late at night. But most of them won't cz they know what can happen. I never said the rapist are right and the women is wrong all I'm saying is u know there are people like that in certain areas who are worst and its wise to not do things that provoke them. It's not the women fault but she knows the consequences.
      And u can't equate the situation rape with a pocket mar...
      All these reasoning is useless for the rapist cz the rapist don't care whose fault or what he would still do the act so it is better to take precautions from the women side cz the rapist is brain dead but the women is not.
