This theme brings back memories... I had to battle Rundas a couple times on my first playthrough as I hadn't really grasped the hypermode in MP:3 and the battle sorta forces you to use it to win and my playstyle at the time, I played to maximum preservation... and hypermode burned health. Good times. It was the battle that finally got me to rethink how I played games entirely.
This remix is awesome! I remember duking it out with Rundas, he was a good character that put up a good fight! I just wished that he didn’t die though...
Man, Rundas really didnt want to fight Samus, but the Phazon Corruption gave Dark Samus total control over him... Still was a good fight, albeit saddening to see Samus's friends be turned due to an enemy's forceful corruption. Great remix that brought back fond memories of MP3:C
I am an absolute fan of the Metroid Prime Saga. But I missed this Wii episode. After I have beaten MP3 on Wii U, I regret I haven't discovered it earlier.
See now it has 670 views like three weeks later but that's still much too low. But, seriously, Rundas' theme is already awesome enough as it is (heck, the original Rundas battle theme has around 650K views right now), representing a battle against a friend you don't want to harm, and this represents just how heartbreaking it is to be forced to kill one of your dearest friends. Thanks for the support... on the support I guess.

Also, this is a superb mix! I'm a huge fan of Wingus Dingus' mix and this mashup is one of the dopest ones. I have a request though. Would it be possible to also make one but not extended? If so, much appreciated. That way people have an option for both iterations.
@@phillipwilde770 Rundas has zero chance. For starters he's not exactly relevant currently and second nintendo has a historical dislike for characters not made by they're original japanese branch

It’s because He was naive and innocent. That makes it so much more tragic.

I've said it before on other vids, and I'll say it again - this song and character should have been included in Smash Ultimate.
to be honest, rundas's theme should have been called frozen warrior.
