    A lot o these disadvantages don't sound like disadvantages. You have a very good pay and benefits package. It's not that Nigerians employees are incapable of following rules, most are not fully invested in the business or the job and are just waiting to raise enough money to start up their own business. I learnt this from my experience running a business for 7 months in Anambra state.

    I'm a follower of Nigerian vloggers in the Philippines, most of them are very smart. What you've said are evident of what they have pointed out in their vlogs. They said, when it comes to simple rules, Nigerians simply cannot follow. That is why they were amazed by how Filipinos follow the rules even when there's nobody directs us to follow a certain rule. One example is falling in line. Filipinos fall in line even when there's nobody order us to do so, just because that's the rule. Also, we religiously follow every rule in the workplace and literally obey our superiors.
    Another thing is the Filipino time. Filipinos get late on parties, informal events, travel with friends, etc. However we are never late when it comes to serious things like getting to work everyday, and attending job interviews.

    Tell Filipinos to come to eastern Nigeria. Many Filipinos always stay just in the capital city or lagos.

    Being late for job interviews here in PH is a big no tlaga thats a minus points already. Better you waiting for your employer and not having your employer wait for you.

    How can I apply for jobs in Nigeria? Is there any app or website ?

    • @iamnaciz6069
      @iamnaciz6069  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      for Filipinos is 1000 usd, but other nationalities like indians and Indonesians, they can accept 500 usd monthly. No website and be careful of scammers. If you're an esthetician I can recommend you.

    It's interesting how foreigners in Nigeria are called 'EXPATRIATES' but Nigerians in other countries are called 'MIGRANTS'.

      Yes. It is up to us to call ourselves expatriates even if the country tries to call us immigrants. Just refuse to accept the racist narrative. Every foreigner legally in any country should be called expatriate.
