I will say I have gone through a brutal ordeal after an almost fatal car crash and a previous dentist that totally left me in dire straights after his treatments. Thank God I found Dr. McFadden. I prefer a control freak as they get the job done and done right. I am finishing my treatments now and all I can say people, don’t look anywhere else.
Dr. M is a gem and so amazing at what he does! Thank you for everything Dr. McFadden and Dental Implant Center. You have and are changing my life! ❤️💯

Thank you, Aaron. I’m sure it is a little hard working for me at times! But you’re right: the techs I work with have indeed learned a lot over the years, (as have I!) and I’m very thankful for that. We all should always try to improve our skills and raise the bar consistently. I’m very lucky to work with some smart, talented people.

Doctor may I ask a question? Can implant bridges be done with novocaine only? I would not want to be sedated.
