Wow Leigh Ann! I had no idea you were so talented! Making the tree from pipe cleaners, weaving all that glitter, then hand blowing your ornaments?! You, my dear, are a national treasure.
I loved this scene so much cause it reminded me of when I'm low key irritated (look at leighanns face during this) and my bf is being super adorable (claimng she made it all) and I'm not in the mood to find him cute.
May not have been what was going on here lol, but that's how it'd be in my world haha

Oh my gosh when you have the red dress on and you were decorating the white tree and you had that music playing, for those few seconds it really made me feel like how someone in the 50s or 60s would have decorated the tree waiting for their husband to come home. It was such a fabulous moment. Vintage accomplished!
As a married woman Im guessing you were mad at Grant while decorating your tree and Grant was relentlessly trying to make you laugh lol

I think part of the charm of vlogmas videos is that people don't try to put a whole lot of effort and editing into them. It just feels like spending time with people you feel like you know over the holidays.

I'm so glad you have doctors who are taking the fainting seriously. I've had all manner of dizzy spells, near syncope, and vasovagal syncope since I was a child and it took until I was an adult for anyone to really take me seriously. Even now it's kind of just like everyone tells me, "Well, this is your life! Your blood pressure is a little low, but you're otherwise totally healthy! Try not to be unconscious all the time!" Thankfully I've gotten to a point where I kind of understand the signals my body gives when I'm going to faint and I've passed out so many times that it isn't as scary as it used to be, but it remains frustrating. I certainly hope you're not doomed to a life of spontaneous unconsciousness, but in case you are I'm glad you have doctors who care. 💕

Going through a hard time in my marriage at the moment and seeing you guys so happy makes me happy.
So I know a lot of youtubers still do daily vlogs for vlogmas, but I really like your weekly style. So I think you could just do what you're doing, but add a little holiday flair to the opening and end-card.

Loved the Christmas tree but the skinny silver on brought back memories! Christmas 1973 we were living in a flat with our 2 eldest daughters and it was tiny but the view of the sea was worth it but we had no room for a real tree and in a local store we found this 6ft skinny silver tree & it was cheap cos nobody liked it so we bought it and it lasted, as our 'extra' tree - surviving 6 house moves until 1983 by which time it was too tatty!
By the way - can't see all of it but from what I can see, I love your bed headboard! It looks like Colonial Art Nouveau - about 1890 to 1910! Is it an old one or a modern version - whatever, I am positively bright green with envy!

Do you guys have German heritage? If not, it's okay too. A glass pickle ornament is a German tradition. You hide the pickle in a green Christmas tree. The first kid who finds it, gets an extra present. First adult gets good luck for coming year. Or make your own game/prize. :)
You can find shiny or matte pickle ornaments at World Market. 2 for $6 in store. World market is amazing for holiday stuff and all year stuff. Happy holidays!
What a nice Sunday surprise!
I've fainted multiple times in the last few years.. when I went to the doctor they always said it was possibly the vasovagal thing also.. not fun 🙁 sudden pain can trigger it for me. After a few times of actually passing out and falling down I can tell now when it's coming and as long as I sit and breathe it will pass.

I have vasovagal syncope. It's pretty managable. You will learn to notice the signs and just try to wait for the spells to pass. Good luck Leigh Ann!

Your decorations are simply perfect. ...and I have a white tree this year. Call it my fantasy tree, trimmed in frosty blue, silver and gold with a sparkling blue snowflake for the top. That's exactly why I was going to comment. Please, Leigh Ann, wear your seatbelt ALWAYS. There's no good reason NOT to. No matter how short or long of a drive you have or how fancy your clothes are, the seatbelt is not going to bother you or mess up your clothes enough that it's worth risking your life. It just makes me sad. I adore you and Grant and Luna, and love your videos. 💕💕
I had the table tilt test on the 6th and diagnosed with the same thing. I was in a movie theater, sitting down, minding my own business...watching A Star Is Born and passed out in the middle of the movie. But yeah...basically there is no treatment it's just about managing stress levels. yay.

I have vasovagal syncope especially in my younger years ! I used to faint daily usually at school ! Over the years it's gotten much better ! I'll be praying all your heart tests come back perfect and negative ! 💖💞💕
