Oh my god yes. I knew I wasn’t the only one who noticed that he always references farm animals. From his horse babysitting a dog bit to “why buy the cow” to horse in a hospital, it feels like he always is talking about farm animals.
"I sometimes remember it like sleepless, chain smoking, you know, the host doesn't wanna do that, they cut my thing, oh man I'm so tired! Sometimes that's the slideshow. I walked in the door & I was like this was the greatest time ever." John Mulaney just described my 20th high school reunion felt. Only I didn't chain smoke. There was no host. And I got plenty of sleep. But it was the exact same thing. #TheOffCameraShow
I swear they just use, over and over in every one of these, the same head shaking "right" from the interviewer. And yet I love each of these interviews because that's essentially all he does. Just let them talk and say "right"
Metaphor of cast=cows writers=humans yikes! I know what he meant, but, . .I hope any cast members do too, if they hear this. I think that's what intrvwr was thinking too.
This is like watching someone's therapy
This and that one Colbert interview.
0:23 that yes was so intense like damn
it's so soft!
The way he says "yes" to his first question
So softly.
like Shane from buzzfeed unsolved in his viral tiktok about his hair. "Yeth..."
So sweet and attentive. I’m all in kind of a way.
I feel like Mulaney is the human emblem of anxiety.
sara :/ oh man this comment just made me realize that that's why I love him so much hahaha
Hahhaa this is why I love him so much 😂
sara :/ No the human emblem of Anxiety is Thomas Sanders' Virgil
Dazie Diamond oh my god YES hello fellow fander I also thought that haha
Him and Bill Hader are the ultimate anxious comedy duo.
The way he says "yes" in the beginning is too much
there goes mulaney with his farm analogies again
John mulaney bull?
hehe I steal your milk!
Oh my god yes. I knew I wasn’t the only one who noticed that he always references farm animals. From his horse babysitting a dog bit to “why buy the cow” to horse in a hospital, it feels like he always is talking about farm animals.
*A **_HORSE_*
*LOOSE*
*IN*

He needs to get some rest

I adore this tall child.
I wish SNL would do a parody of this show lol
That would be hilarious for like... 20 people. This show is a well kept secret.
@@ericsvogel -- There funniest parodies are usually based on obscure shows.
get some rest, tall child
I love these two men and goddammit I'm not ashamed of it.
Enda Fallon 2 and a half men
John Mulaney has always been old-fashioned He referenced Frank Capra for hell sake
That outfit is such a look!
I swear they just use, over and over in every one of these, the same head shaking "right" from the interviewer. And yet I love each of these interviews because that's essentially all he does. Just let them talk and say "right"
0:25 that "yes" tho...
John!
Again such an underated series
Loved that episode of SNL.
John for the first 30 seconds you look like you were framed for murder, your so scared
When you watch the trailer for "Soul" while reading the comments and then remember this is not the video you are looking for...
They ought to keep the trend going and get Hannibal Buress to host.. #4
And Tiny Fey--another writer who came back to host--more than 3
Only the third
She also acted, though, if I remember correctly. They're probably taking about people who were only writers and not in the cast
Yeah but she acted in sketches, the 3 mentioned were only writer's
Wasn't Tina Fey a writer? She's been back, right?
I remember her hosting. So yea...
Tina Fey was a cast member first. Conan, Larry, and John were never cast members - just writers
Jørgen Pedersen she was a writer before cast member
True. Good point!
John, Conan, and Larry David were the only writers who never appeared as cast, like Tina.
He looks so tired :(
He can't keep burning the candle at both ends!
Get some rest tall child!
Tina Fey was a writer on SNL and has hosted numerous times. She was head writer.
They were talking about people who were only writers. Tina was a cast member and a writer.
Wasn't Norm Macdonald a writer/host too?
Norm was featured player, he actually had sketches and hosted weekend update. They are talking about people who were just writers.
Wasn't Tina Fey a Head writer? If so, how dare they forget her!! John would be the 4th.
Did Conan host? Or did he turn it down?
He hosted.
Tina Fey was head fucking writer and had hosted like six times when this was posted.
They forgot that Tina Fey is another writer invited back to host. But she's just a girl.
They're talking about people who were only writers, Tina was obviously a writer but also part of the cast while Mulaney was not
What about Sarah Silverman?
Sarah Hein Interesting how they forget the women. But still a good video.
Metaphor of cast=cows writers=humans yikes! I know what he meant, but, . .I hope any cast members do too, if they hear this. I think that's what intrvwr was thinking too.
Tina Fey? 4th
Tina Freaking Fey! Yeah. She returned to host 5 times after leaving. First time hosting was 2008.
Even Louis C.K. wrote on SNL, and he hosted
Forgot Tina, derp.
Tina was also a cast member. Conan and Larry David (and Mulaney, obviously) were exclusively writers on the show before being invited back to host.
Hope he dries out alright.
second
lol first
Tina fey??? She’s hosted....
Felt like he just said a lot of nothing
