My wife and I along with another couple toured the island the week before the game, had curb side viewing of the pep rally parade and tickets to the game. A friends daughter piloted one of the Osprey for the fly over; got a video and sent it to her mom. It was truly a great week. Back home in the US now.

Seen my first ND game back in 1956. Seen about 30 of them I guess. It helped that we lived about 1 mile from campus! Erin go Bragh! My mother's family came to America around 1850. They came from a village not to far from Dublin. I visited there in 1980. Certainly a lovely little island and without any snakes!

Those 3 Huge Noisy Machine's flew Right Over my place Twice on Saturday afternoon(Nearly Blowing the Window's out)...They were obviously heading toward the Ambassidor's Residence in the Phoenix park because they came back the other direction a few minute's Later.
They obviously could Not Care Less about the Rule's and Regulation's of Irish Aviation as I have never ever seen any Irish Air craft fly So Low over Densly Populated Area's.

1500 feet is the lowest aircraft are allowed to fly before or after transition maybe they were still climbing when you seen them

do you really think they weren’t cleared to fly that low? also, cameras don’t provide good depth perception.

@@something3lse34Exactly…permission was undoubtedly sought by the US Navy and granted by the Irish Defense Forces.
