I am wearing a GoPro on my hat/shako. The band marches from the Golden Dome to the Stadium before every game, and this is a video from the drumline's point of view.

What a sound and a presentation! This band is outrageously big and wonderful! Takes my breath away.
The crazy part people don't realize is how hard it is to stay on track because how far the music bounces
I was watching the whole time hoping that the leftmost snare would bump people out of the way.

Our HS band plays at Ohio Stadium every other year and the echo in there is horrible. And you can’t look at the jumbotron because it’s like a second behind.

There ought to be a Rudy-esque movie about a kid that dreams and works his ass off to be part of ND's marching band

Lifelong Bama fan here, but I love the Band of the Fighting Irish! (I was hoping we would get to play ND instead of Clemson again this year. Y'all had a great season like we did, though!)

@Storytimekellan3 I'm an older fellow. I remember the classic games between Bama and ND when Ara Parseghian and Bear Bryant coached against each other. They were always close games. Now those were the days! Win or lose, I've always had respect for Norte Dame. Great school, great tradition!

They were fantastic at the citrus bowl. The only time I’ve had the chance to see em. Loved it.
If I ever heard that sound in real life I would probably cry because of how much I love Notre Dame, I am only 12.

I’m 21 and an Ohio State fan but I grew up in a Notre Dame family. Still love the Notre Dame band.
Ya I went there for a football game for my first time (16) and I like literally cried cuz it was so surreal (even tho my mom told me not to cry) and ive always watched videos of them on TH-cam but to see it in person was like amazing

Chris Jennings it goes from the Golden Dome to the stadium so it's only about a half mile. Then again we march it and don't walk so it's of course slower
