Use a air compressor , with blow gun attachment. Basically a air compressor attachment that blows air, instead if the attachment to put air in your tires. Explained for those who don't know. Search air compressor blow gun attachment.
Compressed air may work, but compressor air power, worked for me. Blow out speakers, mic, headphone and charging jack. Regularly. Especially outdoorsman, or work in the elements.
Not knocking video. But tried compressor, and worked extremely well. And glad I didn't have to do this.
    Hope this helps .

Thanks very much for this. Blocked speaker grill was my problem too, this was the first site that identified the cause. I didn't want to pull my phone apart so used a fine paint brush to loosen the blockage from outside, then sucked the debris out with my domestic vacuum cleaner. It worked fine - but I wouldn't have thought of trying it without your video.

My speakers were very low. Turns out the speaker mesh was just blocked. I took a q-tip and rubbing alcohol and saturated the opening. Next I took a vacuum cleaner hose and used it to suction the alcohol out. I repeated this about 4-5 times and it works like new!

Without opening it, I tried using a vacuum, and also tried blowing on it as hard as I could, but neither worked. I guess I'll have to take it apart, but I hate to since that affects the waterproof seal. I also don't have those special tools.
In the video, it looks like maybe that tiny black filter they use could be the problem, since it catches dirt/lint.?

    • @amitkeshwar2428

if you perfect solution then follow this steps, other wise temporary solution then you heat the filter side blower at normal range with seconds then after clean the brush

Phone must belong to one of those people I see who keep in their back pocket upside down all the time so it can gather lint. If you put lotion and such on your hands it gets on to the phone especially if you don't use a case. Using a vacuum once in awhile is also good. Just sucks whatever is on the speaker right off.
