Definitely. This arrangement of this theme in particular really punctuates that sadness, too; the main melody sounds so strained, so emotional. What a tragic albeit badass and admirable character.
I remember when I was bored, I put all USFIV fighters into pairs and hold a little ‘CPU vs CPU’ tournament of my own. Let the pairs fight, only the winners can get to the next stage, and I just love watching them, to see which one can come out on top. I think T.Hawk was the champion.

Now I wonder if he originally lived in Northern Mexico somewhere (maybe straddling the border between the USA and Mexico) and then was pushed further down into Southern Mexico. That's the best I can think of.
Have a 138 online multiplayer win streak that was never broken om the PS4. That typhoon slam & EX Rising Condor + Dive was almost unstoppable. Salivated at the sight of blockers. Licked my chops when I saw Ryu, Ken or Akuma....Easy wins. Haaaaaaated ighting against E Honda or Blanka players.
I don't remember T.Hawk having a good friendship with E.Honda. Is it in a specific quote somewhere in SSF4? I would assume E.Honda and Hakan would team up instead. I can see El Fuerte (even though they seem to be in a friendly rivalry) teaming with T.Hawk. He could team with Julia (aka Shadaloo Doll Juli) since she is his girlfriend/lover. I know everybody expects a Juni/Juli team though. I guess I could see him teaming with...Rose? They know of each other I guess and she did help him find Juli.

Like Brazilians calling a white boy "Blanka" rather than Blanco, that and the whole speaking Spanish and not Portuguese.

same, I like that kind of playstyle. Heavy set, strong character, good air moves (Condor Dive). Same reason I play Nemesis in UMvC3
