One thing I learned that does sound sort of silly but it helps me a lot is to surround myself with the things that bring me joy. It doesn't have to be a lot of things, just things that give you pleasure to look at and make you smile. Also walking helps me manage a bit better. My prayers go out to you across the ocean.
