As of last week there was up to 33” of ice in one area I fish and probably just under 28” in another. Typically no one drives on the lake with anything larger than a side by side with tracks. But usually just snowmobiles. I spose you could depending on snow levels I’ve just never seen it.
Thanks for the info!! Great to know the ice is plenty thick given our unusual warm weather this year. I'm in Edmonton, the lakes around here are skating rinks, a few days of above 0 will melt the snow cover completely. How much snow was there last week? I hope you filmed video(s) from this trip and will be posting soon!
@@samsong4447 There are some bare spots on the lake from wind but generally I’d say 9” or so of snow. No problem snowmobiling on it. In the bush the powder was quite deep actually. I have filmed a handful of days up there that I hope to have out soon. A few pretty good fish were caught… Thanks for all the support!
I love how stoked she was! Memories that will last forever, for sure!
It was an awesome experience having her out there and catching fish. Loved it!

You guys were a huge part of getting this whole thing started up there. Couldn’t have done it without you!
