Never rent your house without Rental Agreement.....that too only for 11 months, if person is good you can renew the Agreement again( for 11months)...That way you don't have to break doors etc.

According to law, Nobody should do rent agreement with house owner . If a person is unable to give rent , there should be 3 months criteria to give the rent to house owner, and shouldn't be interfered of any tenant . If tenant misbehave with people in house, then legal action will take against him / her.

What ever that may be..u are not allowed to take law on ur hand. I saw a police person is there ...if they are not opening the doors.. police must take a search warranty before entering. Why police not breaking the door.. who r thoes other persons entering the premises. If they r paying rent and if they had given any money to the landlord relationship or relative. ..why that person is not questioned ...after questioning to that person. ..if police find the tenant guilt. ..a search warranty must be issued before entering the property. .the action is completely illegal. .
