Hey, can we use it on X-Trainer 2024 with Ollé R16V rear shock or I should use punching method?

If I’m not mistaken the frame design of the Betas is such that the shock is removable in minutes without disassembling any other components from the bike.

Were you able to remove the spring without the use of a spring compessor?

Thanks for the tutorial, I just installed it on my 2022 200rr, just FYI, the xtrig has reverse threads. And also how many mm of rider sag does Beta recommend?
