Yea this is ok and all. Tried this for a couple of months and the reply rate was next to 0. No appointments booked, No sales. That's why I switched to emails. But I think that revealing your offer up-front without giving them any sort of value scares them away. (it happed with me - personal opinion don't take it seriously)

Sounds like you didn't have a good hook if your reply rate was 0 and you may not of had enough volume in dms
