Cabinet Vision Millwork Walls 2 (Die Walls, Reception Desks)

I need to design and build a wall just like this but for some reason I don't have the same "panels" or "parts" on my cabinet vision cabinet catalogs. How do I get studs? How do I get top plates? Cleats.... Etc... I only have cabinets any help would be greatly appreciated
