I had same problem and solved it resoldering the LED that is in series with the trigger signal of the MOC3021. If the LED is burned or has a bad contact this problem can occurs.
@@sewatrewi9519 the connector of the foot Switch. It begins in a gray box on the Main board. Take it apart and solder it directly to the cables of the foot Switch. Sorry for My English.
Hello my friend, nice video. I have done exactly the same connections but every time I push the trigger button the 10A fuse burns out and my house main fuse set to open. Any idea why this happens? I've checked the resistant of the mail coil, 2.1 Ω hm, output voltage of the secondary coil ( 35mm2, 3 turns) is 2.9volts. Thanks again
What are you using for the transformer? Does the transformer trip the breaker when connected directly to mains? Sounds like it either has a partial short across the primary, or is just pulling too much current and needs a ballast.
@@motosk8er2 problem solved my friend. I plugged the unit to different main plug with 25 A fuse, I replaced units fuse with 20a and now its working fine. Too much Ampers even for such a short mili seconds time was the issue. Thank you for your reply! Be well

O had same problem and it was the conector, so i desoldered and solder directly a pair of wire. It works great again.
