This is the dedication it took to bring these magnificent birds back from the brink of extinction. As a child I never saw any eagles and was taught about how rare they were. Today they are no longer on the endangerment list. Thank you for this hard work. Fascinating to see people next to the nest and the babies. Both are huge.
Wow!!!! What an incredibly beautiful natural setting!! This is eye candy for nature lovers. 💕⛰️👀💕 It's so nice to watch people like Dr. Peter Sharpe and his crew caring for wildlife with love and devotion to protect and preserve fauna & flora for future generations. 👣🌱🐾 Thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous coverage with us with us. 🤗💕🐥🐥🐥💕⛰️
Sure is a beautiful place. They have more courage than I would have walking down that cliff. That's dedication! Babies are thinking "who are these aliens"? Mom/Dad are not happy.
TY LH for capturing footage of the hike to the nest--no matter how many times we see this, it renews that sense of appreciation of the extent of what Dr. Sharpe & his team do!! -Hugs 🤗
I feel the same way!! I have such a sense of appreciation for the work Dr Sharpe does and for the training he is providing to the new associates to carry on!!
Wonderful work! Thank you for your dedication to our beloved bald eagles. Very fascinating to watch the whole process start to finish. The measuring and to use that to determine gender is amazing. I know Mom & Dad were not happy, but it was so beautiful to see them flying and soaring around their nest. Thank you, Lady Hawk!
This was wonderful footage!. Lady Hawk.... Dr Sharpe and Crew Thankyou so very much!.. The banding went smoothly!.. Was so good to see the real size of the eagalets in Human Hands ..Astonishing how large they really are.... Beautiful ❤ place truly ❤.. Thankyou for sharing Lady Hawk ❤ 💕 💖
This was just amazing to watch. Such rugged and beautiful terrain, and I loved seeing a wider view of the (huge!) nest and its location. I'm sure Thunder and AK would have liked to give those hoomans a good bonk, but all's well that ends well. Bag o' eaglet! 🥰 Hard to believe those little bobbleheads are now such a handful. Thanks, Lady Hawk!
PS: A BIG APPRECIATION to those DEDICATED people who such an AWESOME job caring for these beautiful birds! 👏👏👏👏👏 BTW, these 2 behaved better than my 2 dogs when I try to clip their nails. 😂

What am I missing here? Date says 4-24-22, but I thought there were 3 BABIES not that big yet currently occupying a nest here or is this another one labeled West End? Is this from previous eagles being shown on reruns?
Here we can clearly see that Papa Akecheta and Mama Thunder didn't lose sight of their babies and watched Dr. Peter Sharpe and his crew banding them. This was really exciting. 🥰💕🦅🦅💕✌️⛰️
Here is the banding video from the nest cam with great views th-cam.com/video/TFOXmW9P0Rg/w-d-xo.html
So Special ❤
Great footage!! That sure was some hike! I could see the parents flying overhead the whole time...

Seeing the size of the nest is incredible.
It’s amazing to watch these eaglet’s. The actual size is way different then seeing them on video. They are much larger. Thank you Lady Hawk!

Thank you.
That was surely a lot of stress for the whole eagle family. But now all is okay.
Looked like thunder and Akecheta were flying very close? Wow!
How long have they done this? Eveey eaglet on nest? Extraordinary 💕🦅🙏

@@ladyhawk thank you ♥️
Phew, I'd be the one that stayed on the boat!
Awesome Place 😍😍😍
A děkuji za pomoc
I'm amazed how defenseless the eaglets still are at this age, even as large as they are
The eagle pair worried a bit
Mom and dad were ready to dive bomb lol
🦜surprised they didn't
