yo been here since week 3, just thought I’d comment for once to mention something. It’s shown that the diet your doing is good for preventative measures against getting sick, especially if the ingredients are high quality, but when you’re actively sick and have elevated mucus levels, things like thickened cream and ultra cholesterol dense dairy items are actually really provocative and make those mucus levels worse, as well as putting more strain on your nervous system. Not sure if you’re having fruits and veggies here and there, but if you’re sick you should definitely think ab it and maybe up your vitamin c, magnesium and potassium thru either fruits and veggies or supplements, thought fruits and veggies are better as they are really hydrating to your cells. Love the video, Zasko! But I don't understand how you can use this minimap. If your team is non-communicative, you can't use this minimap to see where the enemies are. For example, if they are on C and you are on A, you can't see anything on C (minimap). How about you make a minimap fixed and make it fit full size in the circle? I use these settings: 0.96 and 1.16 (minimap sizing). You can adjust as much as you like, but now you can see the whole map, not just a fraction.

So i want this so badly is but the problem is work (warehousing), i just fatigue the second i do consecutive workouts and working days. Once i fatigue I just end up focusing on the valorant and the video as they arent physical. I honestly need a non physical job bad. I want control over where my physical efforts go, especially cardio (doing too much at work and want to gain weight) the 20:00 workout was the best however i couldnt get myself back in until monday because i worked through til sunday meaning i just dont get any rest at all. Uber eats driver time haha but nah thanks for the advice man
I bought that alpha man it makes you lazer focused 😅 just make sure you dont take it every day. Take it only when you need to be lazerfocused. Like if you have a big test the next day and need to study for it. Then the following day. It can lead to issues of you use it everyday for a year so make sure you take breaks off it
@jklakajackal think of it like caffeine but no shaking and no bad side-effects post taking it. Just buy the 300mg per serving (so 150mg per capsule) and just take 1...give it an hour and it will kick in. You feel it in your eyes and hands pretty good. 10/10 recommend. Hello Zasco I think you could survive with 8 hours of sleep per night rather than 9. If I remember correctly you started getting 9 hours of sleep because of the lack of energy caused by the burger cheese. Now that you have a better diet for fat to protein ratio you should try getting 8hrs of sleep. If it works thats 7 extra hours per week!
I always try it and end up collecting sleep debt and learning slower, unfortunately im just one of those people who need a bit more. I WISH i could only need 3 hours of sleep. Maybe with some optimization i can get it better
Dude its insane, however, NOTHING is better than mastering your sleep, diet, and exercise, purchasing any supplements before you get those down is a waste because the mental clarity or cognition you get from those 3 alone are 10x more potent. Its kind of like trying to put super glidey mouse feet on a 120g mouse, yeah itll help a bit but like maybe you should just get a lighter mouse first lol, however get a light mouse and put some crazy glides on it and youll be like woahhhhh. Lions mane is the same, I feel like woahhh, however i waited until i had perfect sleep and diet before considering it.

Your back is too rounded when you're performing bent over rows, there is a lack of stability in your shoulder press, and you're swinging the weight when doing your effective reps on the bench press. It's improper form, and It's gonna lead to long-term lower back, shoulder, etc. issues. Please focus on your form when exercising brother, one fuckup can lead to a lifetime of pain. If you need help with gym-related planning/issues, do let me know. I'd be more than happy to guide you in the right direction
Love you man, but you gym setions could probaly be better, im not there in the gym but it allways looks like you can do a bit more than you do. With that i THINK that you would benefit from lower reps higer whaight especialy on the dedlifts. like 6-12 reps depending on the exercise. Hope you recover well and please dont exrecise whilest your sick, it will just make your recovory slower plus cant you get more sick from it, maybe im dumb. love you man keep it up ♥

May i ask why you are on the carnivore diet? Im not an avid watcher of your videos so maybe you have a medical reason for it but building muscle is pretty hard to do on a carnivore diet as it is very hard to get enough calories in. Also considering you are def a beginner in the gym you could build so much muscle on a good bulk
there was a recent boom of praising carnivore diets for improved mental clarity and stuff like that but as far as I'm concerned it's not scientifically validated, mediterranean style diet still seems to be the best one so hopefully he's open minded enough to at least try something else
Carnivore diet feels the best cognitively allowing me to do what I do, i have tried many diets from vegan to mediteranean and none of them give you the intellectual benefits of a full carnivore. Thats currently the trade off im making at the moment, its a bit harder to gain weight and lift heavy however im able to maintain mental energy through the entire day allowing me to crunch out 12-14 hour editing sessions etc. Always open minded though hence why i constantly adapt and change things if there is a problem

map on mouse button for me and i just use it between rounds and when safe rotating
I would advise you change the Minimap settings so you can see everything happening at once

Your back is too rounded when you're performing bent over rows, there is a lack of stability in your shoulder press, and you're swinging the weight when doing your effective reps on the bench press. It's improper form, and It's gonna lead to long-term lower back, shoulder, etc. issues. Please focus on your form when exercising brother, one fuckup can lead to a lifetime of pain. Love you man, but you gym setions could probaly be better, im not there in the gym but it allways looks like you can do a bit more than you do. With that i THINK that you would benefit from lower reps higer whaight especialy on the dedlifts. like 6-12 reps depending on the exercise. Hope you recover well and please dont exrecise whilest your sick, it will just make your recovory slower plus cant you get more sick from it, maybe im dumb. love you man keep it up ♥
Hahah i definitely got more sick but im better now. As for the gym i wish i could give more but my work is warehousing and is very physical so i dont have any rest days

May i ask why you are on the carnivore diet? Im not an avid watcher of your videos so maybe you have a medical reason for it but building muscle is pretty hard to do on a carnivore diet as it is very hard to get enough calories in. Also considering you are def a beginner in the gym you could build so much muscle on a good bulk
there was a recent boom of praising carnivore diets for improved mental clarity and stuff like that but as far as I'm concerned it's not scientifically validated, mediterranean style diet still seems to be the best one so hopefully he's open minded enough to at least try something else
Carnivore diet feels the best cognitively allowing me to do what I do, i have tried many diets from vegan to mediteranean and none of them give you the intellectual benefits of a full carnivore.
Thats currently the trade off im making at the moment, its a bit harder to gain weight and lift heavy however im able to maintain mental energy through the entire day allowing me to crunch out 12-14 hour editing sessions etc.
Always open minded though hence why i constantly adapt and change things if there is a problem
