One case is not more than just an example. Just because one had bad experiences and another good doesn't make eather the general situation. Issue is though, that once immigration offices are allowed to deport they start deporting more and more people. And it is not what our judicial system is about if people are deported just because of crimes. If we treat german murderers, thieves, robbers and delinquents with rehabilitation and resocialisation we shouldn't make a difference towards others.
@frs 12 I agree, that's why i said you can't judge from one good experience how the situation is for the rest. And sure, a government will use any wiggle room to get what it's after. This wouldn't mean that one bad experience has other ones following. The second step depends on the backlash and critique.
@@jonabub Because the situation is not the same; Germany simply does not have the same responsibilities to its own citizens and illegal immigrants. It's like inviting someone to stay in your house because they are in a difficult situation; if they act out you will probably kick them out, but you won't do the same for your own family members. There must be an understanding that letting immigrants in is giving them a helping hand and not their existing right, so Germany is in position to decide to who it is willing to extend this kindness to. Furthermore, what should also be taken into consideration is that rehabilitation and resocialisation cost; why give it to someone you do not owe it to. From my experience, most immigrants are kind people simply trying to survive, and not criminals, so I'm sure tge majority will not suffer because of this.
When the owner of a house decides to protect his family and property, the only people who get angry are those who planned on attacking his family and property.

Same here. I can't understand the logic either.
This is just using any kind of identity, acting as victim, same with Kristen Gray with the Indonesian government.

I know the story of multiple Yazidi women. They have gotten shelter in Germany after everything they went through (meaning they were actually flown to Germany by human rights good with the blessing of the German government) and their plight has been officially recognized by Germany. They got a lot of support to help them to heal, physically and emotionally.
@@theiconictwitter4603 simply search yazidi, girl, isis, Germany and you’ll find her story on TH-cam.
@@swanpride that’s great. The suffering those poor women and girls must have gone through, only to run into isis members on the street, and the police with their hands tied, unable to help them. That defeats the purpose of the help given, don’t you think? Thus the necessity of a law that will bring justice to those offenders. I believe it to be common sense.
@@gabrielsandoval4994 ...Women run into their abusers every day and the police is unable to help them until the abusers actually do something or they have proof against them. That is a worldwide problem. But I am glad that you are so concerned about the issue and ready to fight for women rights.

Not our country. Syria is armed by the Russia and China.
when USA, Russia, China, Iran, KSA, QATAR and Turkey and some others, pull out their troops from Syria, Syria will be great and trust me Syrians are well capable of deciding their faith, don't focus on minors and forget what potentials from Syria went to Germany, from Doctors to handy workers, and focus on criminals who are not welcomed anywhere, in time you have right wing extremist who are even worse than those criminals and you're hiding them behind the free opinion excuse. don't be a hypocrite. educate yourself before commenting on such matters ;). peace.

This is such an basic law that I don’t even understand how it wasn’t imposed in the first place.
I witnessed the German immigration system firsthand for years since 2015. It’s a disaster. Germany as a country is on a track to irrelevance. The last time I was in Köln I witnessed something I had never seen anywhere in Europe: two policemen running after a suspect on foot. More diversity, inequality, violence and poverty, Germany is slowly turning into my home country, Brazil.
And Brazil is oppressing it's population with racism. Germany is better than that.
Your comment makes no sense.

Oh no hahaha are you voting for him?
You were a guest of Germany and now it's time to leave. It's not your country.
The very articulate Syrian lady Wassa Mustafa (sorry if incorrectly spelled) that was interviewed must understand that if there is a non-German national causing major problems in Germany, they must be extradited and deported back to their national homeland. I can understand her personal trauma, but I feel her argument is full of fear and emotion rather than fair and just logic.
Imagine arriving in a new country, getting payed by their taxpayers and instead of integrating and accepting their laws you are trying to impose your own laws on them and complain. Why did she come to Germany if it’s so terrible here?
the sense of entitlement is astonishing .
So basically Germany is deporting people with terrorist background or dangerous people and those people are protesting about that ?
Aha
