ALL the J6 prisoners should get out of jail. The report clearly state Pelosi refused the national guard instead she were involved with FBI Agents to get helpers to instigate a upheaval. There were about 200, not 26, guys who pushed the people from behind. i never knew someone can sink SO low!!! She now cannot testify due to her fall and broken hip.

The Capitol Building was officially closed. So anyone who entered the building was officially 'interrupting a federal proceeding, which is a crime, punishable to up to twenty years. The proceeding that day was suspended. Although they reconvened after midnight, the proceeding was interrupted. Also 2 million dollars damage was done to the Capitol, and over 140 police officers were injured. And four people from the crowd died, I think. . In most legal jurisdictions, anyone in the crowd is responsible, for any crimes. Wasn't a woman in a wheel chair trampled to death, as one example?

Niall demonstrates why no one "on the right" cares about the claims that Trump committed a crime. His opinions line up perfectly with "It's fine if my side does it, and it's a crime if your side does it." He literally argues that Cheney shouldn't be investigated because she is a political opponent, even though the investigation would be her investigating a political opponent.

I'm with Robby on the whole Jan 6th goal and how it played out. I wish it hadn't happened, but to say a large group of angry people attacking capital buildings (in a similar manner to the - somehow acceptable to some - riots by Antifa) is an "insurrection" is ludicrous.

Cheney should be jailed for what she did. People that said the J6s were violent, maybe some were but the majority of them just walking through the capital with no weapon whatsoever. Congess has already declared this was not an insurrection. People walking through the capital didn't have any weapons. for Pete's sake, the committee that said differently needs to be taken to task.
