I have been researching air brushes and compressors ALL. DAY. I am BEYOND confused. Is this Grex a good one, or do you wish you had gotten something else? Also, which compressor are you using or would you recommend? These are absolutely gorgeous!

Hello, my dear, I want to ask you. I work in coloring with cocoa beans, but sometimes the color sticks to the core. What is the reason?
Like the colored cocoa butter sticks into the mold? 🤔 usually it is a tempering or storage issue. Either the cocoa butter is out of temper or goes out of temper during storage. Sometimes humidity can also be the problem!
Hi there. Good morning from Miami. I have a question, why sometimes do my bombons used to sink after about a week ??? Is there any specific reason for this or obviously I'm doing something wrong ??? Thanks for your answer
Morning! Ohh, so you're saying your molded bonbons sink, like in the center, as they sit? That is strange, I haven't heard of that before. My best guess is that you're storing them at a temperature that is too warm, otherwise they would hold their shape. There must also be air trapped inside the bonbon to allow the chocolate to sink. And maybe also your shells are too thin. It's hard to say when I can't see them or the process myself. What do you think it could be?
