I prefer heavy cream, whipping cream from the carton without any added sugar. Lot’s of people can’t tolerate skim milk, but heavy cream has way less lactose and more good fat 🐄

I love that spiral notebook. Using it for some years when travelling. The size fits my demands more than the travellers notebook.
Drinking oat milk for about 2 years now. Got used to it quickly. 👍
Almond milk is no option for me because of the climate facts. As I drink a lot if coffee with milk, I really want something with less CO2 impact.

Thanks for sharing this! I have a bunch of these spiral notebooks, and unsure of what to do with them. I have some craft grade, and some other ones that have kangaroo style pockets. I'm still trying to decide what to do with the custom one that I made from the Traveler's Caravan event in Kyoto that I recently posted about.
