Maisto Lamborghini Countach and Porsche 911 (992) GT3 - 1/18 Diecast - Full Review

Pros for both model:
2 Tones interior Red, White and Black and very well detailed on Countach.
Engine look better on Countach than Maisto Exclusive Ford GT.
Full opening parts (doors, engine room, trunk) for Countach
Full suspension and good light details on both
Cons for both model
No carpets and no windows
Brake disc and calipers are not well detailed
Black Interior on GT3 and no Engine bay opening.
Overall, not a bad model considering the price point. I would score 8 out of 10 for Countach and 6 out of 10 for GT3. Paid for about £36.50 including shipping from Amazon. Weight about 650g.

I’m keeping my eye out at my local Costco for these. When it comes to the Porsche, for the price tag, you could always take it apart enough to get to the interior and do some paint touch ups and make it your own. ;) As for the yellow under the “frunk” lid and door sills, I find it very common with yellow cars. It seems to be one of those colours that’s a pain to get a good coat in tight areas. Again, for the frunk you could paint it black and maybe find a very close yellow for the sills. I will most likely do this if I find the yellow one. ;)

Agree. There is better version of Maisto with windows as well. It comes in blue colour.

Yes, I know but you have to be member. £18 actually. Not everyone is member or nearby Costco where they live. For retail price £35 is reasonable.

Most 1 18 scale model cars are all rubber. Some are even better quality with trimmed P Zero logo like in my KengFai models.

Well I don't know the currency exchange rate but these Maisto don't cost more than £40 in the UK. That's including shipping cost.

Maisto is not that good as Norev. You should check my review on both Norev, Minichamps before you make decision. I got it from eBay and Costco
