Hi Kelly! Store baked cookies in an airtight container at room temperature or in the freezer. Layer the cookies between waxed paper or parchment. Do not store with any other cookies or they will absorb the moisture and soften. Oatmeal lace cookies will keep up to a month at room temperature or several months frozen.
