Many people with MS do not have heat intolerance, take warm showers and may even go in a hot tub. High temperatures in many individuals can induce a pseudo exacerbation, but not a real immune attack. Finally, interferons are recommended less and less frequently these days. Activity is to be encouraged, not everyone has spasticity. Paresthesias and numbness are very common as well as pain
