- This is a tour of the United Airlines Polaris lounge at the San Francisco International Airport SFO. I look at the food, bar and everything the lounge has to offer. This is considered one of the best business class lounges in the United States.

Nice video! I flew in Polaris from London to Washington DC on points. I was able to visit the United Club in London and Polaris at IAD (the only lounges I’ve visited at each of those airports). Polaris was outstanding. Not crowded when I arrived during lunch, but very packed as I left right before dinner. The dining room was empty when I ordered from the menu.
That’s awesome! I am trying to get to the Polaris lounge in DC sooner than later.
Denver airport is my least favorite airport! And the United lounge leaves so much to be desired! I agree with you, hopefully someday an upgrade.
I totally agree! I try to avoid connecting through Denver just for that reason.
You know. I gotta tell you guys something. I’m at the SFO Polaris club now.
Right now. As we speak. I’m not thrilled with this place. I mean ya. It beats sitting at the gate. But still. It ain’t knocking my socks off.
At the beginning they were really cool and exclusive. With time the Polaris Lounges started becoming what regular lounges used to be. Now they're as busy as regular lounges with lower quality offerings. When they started with the Polaris lounge, there was something special about them. That's dead.
Is the dining room also complementary?
Yes, food in the dining room is complementary
I used this lounge a couple of weeks ago! Haven’t done my video yet. Yes, it can get crowded.

Why they can't improve better lounge food. Lots of them are for display and people are not motivate to eat them
How come it’s so hard to get in. But it your video It’s overpacked.
Lots of international business class travelers. Gotta spend 4-8K on an international business class ticket to get access. So it’s hard to get in because you gotta spend a lot of money. Other lounges I get in with my status or credit cards, not this one.

@@SKS8080 yeah I agree. If you have a business class international ticket on a Star Alliance partner airline that doesn’t have a lounge at SFO you can get access also. So I think part of the overcrowding is due to that. The other Polaris lounges are less crowded.

@@Riezanesz no, they don’t have their own lounge at SFO unfortunately like they do at LAX.
