I graduated with a bachelors in physics. Can confirm that I listened to the interstellar soundtrack on loop whilst doing math. I’m glad new physics majors have a curated playlist they can use while studying now!
The first track honestly emulates what it's like when you're solving an equation in quantum mechanics: there's this buildup of all these terms, one-by-one, accumulating on top of each other, and then eventually one term cancels, then another, until, like an avalance, terms fall off the expression and all you're left with is an elegant little expression to describe something profound like a harmonic oscillator or a Hamiltonian and the immense euphoria that comes from uncovering such a profound piece of truth.
@@jain78343 It's fun that such reality is likely to be expected, given the enormous computation capacity of our brains. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need. •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. How fast do you need to punch the earth in order to cancel the gravitational pull of the sun and earth?
F=GMn/r^2
=(6.67x10^-11)(5.972x10^24)(1.989x10^30)/(1.50x10^11)^2
The earth and sun exert 3.505x10^22 N of force on each other (which is similar to google's 3.57x10^22).
F=𝝙p/𝝙t
I am going to assume that the punch came into contact with the earth for 0.1s.
F=(mv-mv)/0.1
I am also going to assume that the final velocity is 0 (for simplicities sake).
3.505x10^22=(0.4v)/0.1

Therefore you need to be saitama and punch the earth at 8.76x10^21 meters per second in order to cancel the gravitational pull between the sun and e earth (temporarily).
